Not much The first night I got there the shower was backed up. I grabbed the room phone to call the front desk and it wasn't working. I had to call the front desk on my cell phone and asked since the shower is backed up should I change to a different room. They said yes but I would have to change right then at 2am. I told them that was a major inconvenience and Madison told me it was nothing she could do I would have to change right then. So I packed up all my stuff and moved to a new room and that room the air conditioner wasn't working and the ceiling was dripping water. Then I had to move to another room without the two beds I requested. All of this happening around 2 - 3am because she said I couldn't wait until morning. I moved from room to room because your facility was not functioning properly and inconvenience me, the guest. I did not like the way this situation was handled and I will never stay at any of your properties again.

Larger room. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was impressive. Nothing.

Location Pool was over crowded with people that wasn’t even guest at the hotel. Hotel staff when we arrived had very bad attitude and rude .

The rooms were great! The breakfast was delicious.

The employees were all very pleasant and helpful. We especially enjoyed those who seemed to be very interested in making your day pleasant. The AC unit and controls weren't working right. It was either a little warm or freezing cold with the fan blowing full out. We blocked it with a chair and towels.

I like the breakfast. It had a variety of food. It was still warm by 8:30 AM. The food was enough for everybody. The lady preparing the food was very friendly. There was a bad smell in the room. The carpet smelled like vomit. It looked like they sprayed the room minutes before we came. After few minutes that we're in the room, the smell was very strong and unpleasant.

While I was in the shower one morning the fire alarm went off in my room.

If you stay knowing that there is traffic noise, train whistles, and thin towels for a high price, then it’s okay.

Clean room great staff and excellent breakfast
