Amazing hotel, staff were very polite and helpful, we stayed at the hotel with our travelball softball team, the staff let us use the lobby area for our pizza party. Clean hotel, great location.

Everything was good besides the pool was closed.

No. Just don’t. The breakfast is not worth the price. Doesn’t open until 7am on the weekends. Since we had to leave by 6:30am, I asked if our prepaid Sunday breakfast could be refunded and was told no since we booked through Expedia. I asked if the items we had charged to our room ($15 worth) could be refunded and we would just forget the other $5. I was told no, that’s a decision only a manager could make. Also, two police cars were outside with lights on as the police searched for a man who came in the hotel, was banging on a door on the 3rd floor shouting “let me in” and using a lot of adult words. The man took off running and the police were searching for him. This all happened while many families who were there for softball tournaments were staying there. Hard to find front desk staff since they take a lot of smoke breaks out front of the hotel too. Overall, I’d find somewhere else to go

Bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. It closed on my arm. Entire hotel smelled horrible. Room smelled stale. Elevators smelled terrible. Nothing smelled clean. WiFi did not reach the 4th floor to our room which was a total inconvenience.

Good experience. Doors, walls and floors are not well-isolated so footfalls from floor above are noticeable, as well as doors slamming shut. Overall, pretty comfortable.

The staff was awesome. Very attentive and willing to help and answer questions. The front desk staff was A1. Especially, Heather. Very sweet. The young man who was bartending on Sunday was awesome. A ball of positivity. Loved his personality. He even brought the food I ordered to my room. The cleanliness of my room was very good. The ladies in housekeeping were very friendly, polite & hardworking. I have a few concerns & suggestions. The mildewy smell that was throughout the hotel should be addressed. It had nothing to do with housekeeping. It was even in my clothes when I got home. It would be nice to have laundry bags provided for dirty towels. That way guests could put them in the bags & set them outside the door instead of sitting them on the floor. Request cards should be provided for guests to fill out if anything is needed. Like towels, soap, lotion, shampoo, etc. Place a little holder outside of the door to place it in. That way housekeeping can provide items needed without having to be disturbed while they’re cleaning. They had those at a Holiday Inn Express in Maryland. It was great. Other than that, I really had a peaceful stay. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Good job everyone.

It was quiet and clean.

What really stood out was the staff and lost and found. In too much of a hurry to reach my final destination, I left my toiletry kit behind, realizing it 250 miles away. Writing it off as a lost cause, I bought replacements at my destination. But eight days later, returning via the same route, I called, and they had packed it up in Lost and Found, and I was able to reclaim it on the way back. I also got a real human when I called to check if it was in the Lost and Found, no robotic answering machine or central call center. So, 10/10 on the staff interaction part.

Room was ok, not the cleanest and had some issues (lock on bathroom door missing for example). Bought some laundry supplies from the front desk to do laundry, only to find out the units were both down and out of order. Should have checked the signs first but the staff at the desk could also have warned us before we bought them. Probably won’t be staying here again given that we paid over $400 for 3 nights, I can find similar quality rooms for half the price.

There was karaoke on Friday night and it was on the loud side. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear it very well. Was a bit disturbing for us. Other than that it was good.
