The first room we arrived in smelled terrible, the hallways smelled terrible, the pictures online looks nothing like the actual hotel as far as cleanliness, while in our first room my wife and I couldn’t figure out why it smelled bad, as we went on thru the night I decided to move the little table so we could eat and looked on the floor and saw something, didn’t know what it was but as we kept looking I turned my flashlight on and realized it was a pile of poop on the carpet that looked like it had been there for awhile. So I immediately ran downstairs with a picture and informed the clerk. The clerk did apologize and moved us to a bigger room with no additional charge but even the room they moved us to it seemed cleaner but it still smelled bad, it kinda made us on edge for the remainder of our stay because it just showed us that the housekeeping doesn’t do a good job with cleaning and sanitizing their rooms. So overall our stay was not satisfactory we will not be staying there again

Loved the comfortable beds. But the carpets in the hallway and the bedrooms need a thorough cleaning. Love the price, point and the continental breakfast.

When I booked on line it said pets stay free. Was told at check in that I had to pay for my pet. Owner wasn’t cool. Lots of trash in the parking lot and it looked like a bunch of delinquents lived there.. avoid this place

My room was not clean, I even found an empty whiskey bottle, the dining area was not clean enough. The place is renovated and looks nice but it could use a good cleaning all around.

No sign on the hotel. Breakfast hours 9 to 11am, at 915am the waffle makers were unplugged and batter removed.

Property was clean. Located near anything someone would need on a travel ball weekend. Overall good experience!

Everything went well. Thank you

This was cheap and you get what you pay for. It's dark and dingy and just needs so much TLC everywhere you look. We had a knocking noise on our headboard wall and we were on the end, so no one else was there. They just pass the buck to the manager who is never there to discount your stay. More than an annoying sound, it was all night long. Beds were comfortable, nice shower and breakfast was like all the others.

No nonsense hotel. Great for short term stays. Bed comfortable

I would really give 4.5 stars as it was a comfortable hotel, clean but like most South Bend/Mishawaka hotels shows it's age to some degree. Staff was friendly, pool small but looked fun for families, we did not sample the breakfast but it is a nice addition. For a non-football weekend the price was good as well. 4.5 stars if we could!

Room was clean and very comfortable to return to after leaving my event. Breakfast the next morning was great before hitting the road for a 5 hour drive. The price to stay was reasonable and will use Expedia for future travels.

This hotel was just ok. Breakfast was poor. We ending eating breakfast elsewhere. Our toilet keep clogging. There was dog food in the lobby restroom that was not cleaned up even after I reported this to staff. (2 days).

It was an enjoyable stay

Beds were more comfortable than I expected from a budget hotel. We stayed a couple nights and I was able to exchange our towels at the front desk easily. The pool area seemed to be mostly out of towels though. Overall it was a good stay for the price!

Perfect stay for the price!

Location was great, near Mishiwaka Fieldhouse which was important. I would go back with my family. Room seemed clean. One night stay in this hotel was more then good but not excellent. Overal cleanliness was very good except the shower curtain. It had something on the inside that looked like a bugger a bottom was a bit black. Between 9 and 10pm we heard bunch of noises. They sounded like ppl running up and down on the stairs and heavy things hit the floor few times. Breakfast was quite basic but we ate some.

It was an OK hotel for one night. It was cold in Mishawaka the night we stayed and heat didn't work. So we bundled up and slept in sweatshirts instead of making a deal of it. Bathroom was old, but relatively clean. Again, a nice hotel for a one night stay.
