The room was spacious and clean. The staff were nice and accommodating. Walking distance to Loring Park, stores, restaurants and local entertainment venues. Most of all they are LGBTQIA2S+ inclusive! Great place to stay during Pride!

We stayed here during my daughter’s volleyball tournament. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the two young men at the front entrance. They were very proactive and kindly helped us store our luggage, which made our trip much easier. The location was excellent, with easy access to the convention center through the Skyway. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Everything was good, of all the Sheraton Hotels I’ve been in. The Lounge lacked a lot. No food for . It was very clean but there were not times, there weren’t hors d’oeuvres or light evening bites. That kind of had me scratching my head a little bit. I know places are different but I won’t expect that from the Marriott brand! Other than that my visit was fine & the housekeepers did a great job cleaning my room each day!

Everything was great. The Front Desk Agent, Sinead, was incredibly helpful. Our room had some AC issues and they immediately sent someone to help. When they weren't able to immediately fix the issue, we were able to get another room. I would come back, for sure.

Clean and quiet. Great location downtown. Lots of things very walkable. Outstanding diner next door Nice coffee bar in the lobby. The only thing that threw me was parking when I first arrived; there was not good signage, and unloading was confusing, since the curbs were all paint yellow, space in front of the hotel was limited and there is no valet parking. The lot next door offers ample partking.

The hotel rooms were beautiful and had ample space. The pillows were amazing. The only issue I had was having to request a breakfast coupon every day. That was inconvenient and the floor I was on did not have an ice machine. The breakfast expensive, but quite tasty.

I booked a room at Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown Convention Center a month before my stay. I arrived at the Hotel to check in and the front desk staff got an Oh Crap look on their faces. After a few minutes of looking at theirs screens they told me my reservation was canceled and that they were overbooked. They told me I needed to call Expedia to get relocated. I asked why they canceled my room and they didn't notify me. They said Expedia canceled and I had to call them. I called Expedia and gave my info and the first thing they asked was how was check in and how is my stay at Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown Convention Center going. I told them terrible since the Hotel said my room was canceled. The Expedia rep was confused and asked if the hotel gave a reason. I told him the hotel said Expedia canceled. He was again confused because the records didn't show anything like that. He called the hotel while I was on the phone still and they told him they overbooked. While I was in the hotel figuring this out I got an email from Expedia asking how my stay was going. The day before my stay I got an email from the hotel confirming my reservation. Not sure who really canceled but based on hotel staff reaction and the surprised confused reaction of the Expedia rep it was the hotel that screwed me over.
