We travel a lot for youth sports and this hotel was amazing. They were wonderful to the athletes and had patience and understanding. The room was lovely too

Overall we had a great stay. The staff made it for us. The hotel rooms themselves were a little dated but adequate. We had a junior suite which provided lots of room and a bathroom big enough for two to use comfortably. My 13 year old was to sleep on the pullout sofa. After opening it there was no way she would sleep on it. You could feel every spring through the old tired mattress. I went to the front desk and voiced my frustration as we were there for four nights for a volleyball tourney and she needed to get her rest. Within ten minutes they had a roll away bed up to our room and put its mattress on top of the sofa mattress. It was like princess and the pea but it worked, problem solved. Several times throughout the stay we called for additional items and they were all delivered within minutes with a smile. While the hotel is dated the staff were absolutely exceptional except for the bar staff in the restaurant. The service was very slow, ten minutes sitting at the bar before we were even acknowledged, and the bartenders seemed disinterested in serving us, especially the guy with the large mustache. Being that I’m a bartender in Vegas I was sad to see someone who obviously hated the job so much. The Starbucks cafe was quick and efficient and the food, after waiting a long time to get it, was good for dinner. The breakfast buffet priced pretty high per person wasn’t worth it as the item selection wasn’t that great. There were ample restaurants nearby.

some of the staff memebrs were not nice at all it seemed as if we asked a question or needed something we were bothering them

Stayed for a volleyball tournament and best hotel yet. Food on site, large gathering spaces for teams to meet, friendly staff, CLEAN, and connected to convention center. Highly recommend location is close to downtown and we will be back in the future.

Great place. Courteous staff. Wonderful room.

Great views and location. I think the rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. Restaurant staff the coffee shop. Staff were very friendly. The event staff could be a little more friendly and hospitable. Definitely think that they could benefit from some training on food, allergies even basic ones like nuts and strawberries.. for that type of hotel for especially for a business convention center. I expected a higher caliber of service and Venue. Was disappointed

Exceptional
-
It was spacious and well-located downtown. There were multiple hairs found in both bathrooms on the floor and the bathtub when we arrived which was not ideal, considering the luxury suite booking. The bathtub drain was clogged and drained very slowly. The pullout bed was not comfortable to sleep on.

The location was great and the property was clean. Not able to adjust the temperature in my room. Having to pay for parking separately from the room. No breakfast included.

It is a nice spacious hotel. Not particularly about the property itself. But I wish the staff would’ve been more informative. I parked in the self parking attached to the hotel. I was told it would cost $30 for the duration of my stay. But when I left, I paid $80. The hotel should not advertise on their website false information.
