Hyatt Place Minneapolis Downtown

The location was very convenient, and the room was very spacious for the price. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of items to choose from. The only disappointment was the pool was out of service, apparently since March. Covered parking was also convenient.

Property is well located in downtown with very clean quiet rooms. Only downside is that there was no pool available even though advertised.

Hotel is connected to a condo building. So the set up confusing. The lobby is not on that street level. You have to take the elevator up to the "H" level which is about 4 levels up.

Clean, large room. Breakfast was good. Location was very convenient.

Plenty to do around downtown Minneapolis.

Hotel stay great. Down fall pool is permanently closed and the site or Expedia doesn’t disclose that before reserving

Very clean & spacious room. Staff very friendly. Pool wasn’t working but offered us passes to the YMCA close by. Free breakfast was great!!

Air conditioning was broke in the main areas, there's no pool any longer, the air conditioning in our room was spotty at best. Its the quality I would expect for about $100 less per night. The best parts were the breakfast but even that is only served until 9am.

This made our short list due to having a pool and distance from the convention center. Unfortunately their pool was closed (permanently - according to their sign). They should remove that amenity from their offerings so that guests aren’t misled.

Close to where the venue we were attending. The hotel is very clean and rooms are very big and comfortable The parking and that you have to pay to park at the hotel.

Breakfast was good, rooms were ok. Not an ideal location but it was fine.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff was all very kind and helpful. Only complaint was the expensive parking garage and the excessive charge when leaving.

Wasn’t bad just don’t park in the parking garage my car someone tried to break into so I got damage to fix

The staff was so friendly and answered any questions we had, the lobby was very clean and our room was very comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options so you shouldn’t leave hungry. If you wanted a cocktail in the evening the bartender was very pleasant as well. The parking was a little confusing but once you figured it out it was pretty easy. Definitely will stay again.

We loved our stay! The breakfast was especially good, with lots of hot and cold options each morning. Indoor parking was a big plus. Staff was helpful, although housekeeping missed our requests a couple of times, such as not replenishing the toilet paper when we requested, or taking the pullout bed's bedding away when we weren't done with it. But they corrected it. Note that you have to request housekeeping; they didn't come at all during our 4 night stay except when we asked for new towels, even though we didn't have the Do Not Disturb sign on past 9 or 10am each day. The room was very clean and the location was just what we needed, walking distance to the convention center.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt.

The staff was incredibly helpful in helping us get a last minute room for a big group. The suite we stayed in was perfect and incredibly spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and had plenty of tables that were well spaced out. The night shift front desk worker and security guard were the best, he helped find us extra blankets and the security guard brought them all the way up to our room to drop them off for us. Would definitely come back!
