Property in need of upgrade. Room was ok and bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Some construction work ongoing outside during my stay

The location of this hotel is fantastic, but the building itself is definitely showing its age. Apparently, it will be closing in July 2026 for a two-year renovation, and I can't wait to see the transformation—hopefully, it remains affordable! What truly made the stay special was the staff. They were amazing, incredibly helpful, always smiling, and had a great sense of humor. I really enjoyed chatting with them. While everything else was great, the building's age showed in the elevator, which took ages to arrive. On the bright side, it forced me to get a bit of exercise using the stairs.

That hotel is horrible very old

No Clean room. Staff is not friendly and helpfull. Worst hotel stay in my entire life.

Balcony leaking water in bathroom, no parking

In the bathtub the water was no going to the drain and got stuck The elevator was broken almost all the time

Bath tub would not unclog, elevator out of service, no notice of construction or pool, booking stated it came with chairs and umbrella only for us to be told umbrella needed to be purchased. I never leave reviews, but I was highly disappointed in both the hotel and Expedia who I booked through although I did try and contact them about them situation and they did not seem concerned what so ever

Hotel very outdated! Ice machine broke, elevator broke, lots of rust! Someone came in my room I guess housekeeping not sure no knock just walked in and left out once seen we were in the bed! Asked for a late check out had the nerve to say $50 after all the inconvenience! Oh construction going on right outside the building as well! We were there 5 days no cleaning at all! TV kept going out! Hotel needs a serious renovation!

This hotel is a total disaster. Starting with the fact that they have construction everywhere and you have to walk from the parking lot they have next door, which you also have to pay for. While in the room, the cleaners came in and opened the door without knocking; they did apologize, but they were already inside. Now I am in the process of getting my money back because I was only there for 2 hours and had to leave. Thank God I put insurance. Very depressing place. They even told us they are closing on the 31st to fix or demolish the whole building, that's how old this hotel is... I recommend not to stay here if you don't want to have a bad day... Thank you for your attention.

I loved the location and I am sad they are closing for a while to remodel but I will most definitely be back for the reopening. On the beach and near everything you’ll love to eat! I didn’t have to go far for anything! The staff was sincerely kind and helpful. The only downside was the beginning of the remodeling and the elevator was tiny but manageable.

Richie the front desk agent was super nice. The whole staff is extremely helpful and very welcoming.

Tv had almost no channels and often cut out. Internet cut out a lot. The hotel was very outdated and surrounded by construction. Staff was nice and room was clean. Shower didn’t drain.

Extremely old. Pool looked disgusting. Tiny beds. Blankets as thin as sheets with holes in them. Very rundown. Construction everywhere. Not like the pictures at all. It worked for a one night stay while waiting to get on a cruise. Will not stay here again.

It’s was disgusting! I saw a roach run across my bathroom floor and the front desk said they can’t do anything about it. It was a very horrible experience I paid for 3 nights and I left to a different hotel within 12 hours of staying at Broadmore. Do Not Stay Here!!!
