It was a wonderful time! Great atmosphere, weather and food. Brickell Center is 15 minutes walking distance. The best of all worlds!

Great time and near everything! I had such a fantastic time I extended my stay for 2 more days!

All was good but the sheets were dirty

The hotel is located next to the railway tracks, which makes it extremely noisy on low floors and the rooftop pool/bar which would otherwise be pretty nice. The pool has no accommodation for kids (shallow pool, lifeguard, fence). The sheets were stained with shoe prints and there was a hair in the shower. The building is pretty new so the condition is good.

Gianni - the conceirge was particularly helpful - when my car got blocked into the parking garage - he took the extra steps to identify the guests that had blocked me in and got the cars moved so I could get to the airport on time!

Wasn’t aware of the 20% mandatory service charge. Two $15 cocktails was $49 after their mandatory service fee and that was not including a tip.

The room was beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and offered stunning views that made every morning and evening memorable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel felt upscale yet welcoming, creating the perfect environment to relax and enjoy the city. What truly stood out was the staff. Every interaction was professional, warm, and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. Their commitment to hospitality elevated an already outstanding experience. Whether you’re visiting Miami for business or pleasure, Novotel delivers a first-class experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and memorable stay in Miami.

I stayed here for one night with friends for a next day cruise. It has great prices and was in a convenient location.

Room AC not working

la ubicación está OK, se encuentra como a cinco cuadras del centro de Brickell. Frente al hotel hay una estación de bicicletas que puedes alquilar. El Personal fue muy atento. El desayuno buffet es limitado
