The check in process was very fast! They were able to accommodate us the way we wanted. They offered help if we needed and the stuff was amazing. We really had a very good time. Highly recommend.

Perfect central location downtown. Granted an early check in and ice cold a/c in my room. Cant complain! Full service bar/dining on site as well. Will return.

The hotel was a whole vibe. As I was getting dropped off by My lift. I thought a movie was getting made. It was a wedding the ones you see on TV I was so amazed.

The smoking area had no shelter no bench no chairs. Had to stand in the rain to smoke. I paid equal to everyone else and I should be accommodated. The beds were very uncomfortable

Everything was exceptional except the restaurant staff at dinner time. Overall though everything was wonderful. Will definitely book again.

Staff went beyond their duties. Our flight came is super late and our bags were missing. They made sure we got food to eat from the hotel convenience center and complementary waters. Kathy McDowell was amazing.
