The bar , free soft drinks and water & the pool

Clean room and pool. Beds were hard so didn't sleep well. Enjoyed evening meal in the bar but not the breakfast which was greasy and tasteless. Easy to get to public transport and local areas. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Would suggest breakfast at the Italian cafe in Miami Tower a few yards away. Would stay here again

Overall the room was clean but it could have used a bit more cleaning of the telephone, shower, and dresser/side tables.

It’s for my conference, therefore I choose it because of the location.

The area The furniture has cigarettes things has stains on the furniture on the sofa. The windows hadn’t been cleaned. Couldn’t really see the good view of the city.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. The staff sent our shuttle to the port 30 mins early and we had to wait 45 mins for the next one and it made us late for our boarding time. She said we should have know. To arrive 3 mins early. We arrived 20 mins early and she already sent the shuttle away. No one td us 30 mins early. There was a scheduled time and we were early for that, but the staff made this out to be our fault.
