Excelente ubicación,las habitaciones y el resto de el hotel muy limpias y confortables.Buen desayuno.Excelente servicio y atención.Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The room was clean and had alot of space with a pull out sofa. Microwave and fridge. The breakfast was good too I would stay there again. The location is great and close to shops and night time entertainment at City Place.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff

This hotel was pretty decent. Rooms were clean and a pretty good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast that was included was good. Overall, not too bad.

Pleasant stay, expected a bit more out of breakfast. Limited choices and milk for cereal as well as yogurt were warm .

Lots of smoke smell even though they have it labeled “no smoking” people still do but they do a really good job at keeping things cleaned.

Everything was great, room was clean, water was hot , breakfast was good. What i disliked and what i was really lookiny forward to was having a coffee and a smoke in the back, but they removed the tables and chairs. Always loved relaxing there after a long day, and in the morning waking up with a coffee and enjoy it out there, should really considder adding new chairs and tables in the back, than this hotel would be a 11/10 for me

The location was perfect. Rooms were spacious. The room rug had stains and the corners of the entrance of the shower had mold stains. The covers of the bed were light, could of used a warmer blanket. Pillows were flat. A lot of people in the hotel, was somewhat crowded.

The comforter seem to be never washed because if you hold the comforter you will see all the bacteria in the comforter. I was very disappointed and the table in the kitchen is shaking.

They first put me in the wrong type room. Then gave me another room that someone was already in. The third room the AC did not work. Will never stay there again.

I had two room One was clean and the other was not. Only front desk spoke English but all staff was friendly Offered extended stay for my vehicle while on cruise. There were small plumbing issues in both rooms.
