Breakfast was quite the opposite, powdered eggs were just awful, not sure what the meat protein (wasnt sausage or bacon) was but wasnt any good. Coffee was very good. Ice on floors 3 and 5, only to discover no ice on floors 3 and 5, empty or out of service.

The only good think about this hotel it's the location which is one of the best in Miami Dade County. The hotel manager is a very rude person I had an issue with something I order to eat and he came up to me in a very nasty way. The rugs on both the rooms and halls are filthy. The towels are disgusting fool of stains. Horrible not a good experience

Very comfortable and spacious room Very difficult to find a parking spot in the evening. The two nights I stayed I had to park off the street. There is a restaurant and a bar opened until late and it gets really crowded and noisy. The breakfast is terrible!

Great location for the airports. The pool was GREEN! My kids were so sad they couldn’t swim main reason why I booked this hotel. For 270 a night for 2 rooms each there were zero perks! Def feel I should get something back for the lack of communication.

There are no outlets for charging your phone. The advertised shuttle is quite infrequent. 8am and then 10am to take you to the airport. Yesterday we had to take a taxi to the hotel because we were told to wait 1 hour for the “free” shuttle. The taxi cost $35. The bathroom does not have a hose, only a shower head. So, if you want to wash your body, your hair will get wet. The furniture is brown Formica. The food in the restaurant was excellent, A+. The breakfast is included. The sheets were not ironed, so it’s hard to tell if they were previously used. Hopefully not.
