Helpful staff

Breakfast was not great which was only compounded by the staff watching your every move like jail wardens. Air conditioning was extremely loud in the room.

Such a great time! The front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly, they definitely made the stay 10x better! I don’t remember her name, but the lovely lady receptionist literally made our trip with her joyful energy and positivity! Would definitely recommend, hotel was clean and tidy and so were the amenities

Safe and clean. The fire alarm went off at 5:55am and again at 6:45 am.

Valet was convenient and easy to. Check in our was simple . Place was large for five and family suite was nice . Easy one night stay and it served its purpose . Would stay again

We arrived early and was able to check in which was awesome.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and kind. Although I made my reservation on Hotels.com, Brandon was able to assist me with a canceled reservation and the rebooked reservation. He was very easy to talk to and was willing to make accommodations for my Mom's and I late arrival. When I had to call to let staff know my flight was delayed, Emily made certain my Mom was able to check in. She also offered to hold a packaged breakfast for me and much more. They both went beyond the call of duty! My mom reported to me that the hotel was beautiful, clean, well-kept, breakfast was good and staff were amazingly helpful. She said that is where we would be staying when we return to Miami. Thank you Hampton Inn Miami Wynwood Design District.

This hotel is a GEM in Miami! It is so close to everything you would want to do in the city at an amazing price too. The entire place was clean and well-maintained and felt so refreshing to return to after a long day. K at the front desk was especially helpful and kind and I can’t thank her enough for making our stay even more welcoming!

Great staff and we enjoyed the complementary breakfast. We got what we paid for. The pillows are the flattest pillow my head has ever laid on, almost non existent lol. The Hilton can definitely do better. Other than that, it was a good stay prior to our cruise.

The Hotel was not what I expected. It was not like the pictures. The lobby furniture was stain and dirty and room too. The room tub and sink was stop up and the sheet were dirty and the housekeeper couldn’t change them because she said she don’t speak English. The breakfast was ok, but they did not have a lot of options and when we ask the breakfast person she said this is all we have. It would’ve be nice to had potatoes and another meat choice. They only serve sausage. We were told that they offer free cruise shuttle but when we got there the representative said no and that was one of the reason we chose them. We had to pay for shuttles and Lifts or Uwe are bers to get around. This choice cost more and glad we only spent one night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. PS we called the same shuttle service to take us back to the airport after the cruise and the company double their cost after they promise to us a set price before we got off on the day of the cruise

I like the location and that they partnered with a shuttle service to the port. The only thing bad about our visit was the pullout couch was dirty.

Rooms were clean, the staff was nice and friendly. They do have breakfast and it was delicious. And they do have air conditioners
