AC Hotel Miami Wynwood

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every single team member made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The service was warm, attentive, and truly above and beyond. Saying goodbye was actually hard—especially after they surprised us with farewell champagne and chocolates. What a thoughtful touch! A special shout-out to Randy, who made our stay even more memorable with his kindness and outstanding hospitality. Please also extend our gratitude to the entire staff—they are the heart of this hotel. Our room was beautiful, spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s location in Wynwood is perfect, making it easy to explore the neighborhood while still feeling like a relaxing retreat. Thank you to everyone at AC Hotel by Marriott Wynwood for making our trip so special. We can’t wait to come back, and we’ll be recommending this hotel to all of our friends and family!

No room service, expensive for the type of rooms and amenities, poor quality on the food, staff not all of them were nice

The shower head was amazing. The breakfast was really good. The beds were really comfy. The location was good. I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms had a musty/dirty smell though. Toilet was difficult to flush. The sink wasn’t draining. Overall it was okay for the 2 nights but won’t do again. Location was great. Good price for budget travelers.

Room is clean however the shower head was loosened, didn’t fix it.

I love the chicken and waffle at breakfast. The pool and pool area was clean. Daily pool towels provided. The food and drinks at the rooftop bar were great. The room was clean and spacious. Bed sheets and bathroom towels changed daily. Friendly staff in the entire hotel. Fast check in and check out. The hotel gives an $15 daily dredit you can apply towards food or the bar. Quick cab to nice bars and 15 min cab ride to the beach. 20 cab ride to the MIA airport. I will definitely return to this hotel.
