We had a wonderful stay at The Palms! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, helpful with our luggage, and made check-in quick and easy. Our room was clean with a beautiful partial ocean view, and the AC worked perfectly in hot June. We did notice a stain on the bedsheets, but the staff resolved it right away. The breakfast buffet at Essensia was excellent, and the restaurant was clean with great service. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I had an amazing stay at the Palms. The room was spacious and sparkling clean, I enjoyed the pool and the chairs with free umbrella at the beach. The staff is really helpful, polite, and professional. This hotel is a gem. I recommend 100% and I will come back

But surely in this age of technology and AI someone could figure out how to put multiple rooms booked next to each other. They did manage to get our 3 rooms on the same floor and fairly close. We would definitely return to this property.

Nice location, good service, clean and spacious. Very limited dining option with average food. No restrooms outside. you need to enter the building every you need the restroom while at the beach or swimming pool.

Had a fantastic vacation at The Palms Hotel and Spa. The rooms were spacious and clean. The views from the Ocean Front rooms are breathtaking and the beach set up for the hotel was a great perk! Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Miami!

We loved our time at the Palms and would have loved to stay longer! It’s a beautiful clean property with amazing staff, food and amenities. Straight out to the beach or pool. You can walk the boardwalk to ocean drive. It was phenomenal.
