The Fifth Hotel

Plans got changed last minute due to an AC issue. Was moved to a sister hotel close by. Not one issue and the hotel manager made it very easy to switch checking in throughout to make sure we were all taken care of. Great customer service! We will be back again!

Nice hotel, clean rooms, and close to everything. We enjoyed walking to near by restaurants and the beach area. Staff was wonderful.

The room was very clean and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. I know that the property description mentions that that it is a historic boutique hotel; however, I did not know what that exactly meant. The floor in our room was noticeably slanting down. There wasn’t a television or clock. There wasn’t even a tissue box. From what I could tell, there were only five parking spaces for the hotel. We were in town during a World Cup game, so every public parking place was expensive and crowded. We spent northwards of $50 for street parking and that was with us starting at 4:00 PM and leaving before 8:00 AM. All that said, the walk to the beach was short and we felt safe. Most of my children loved this hotel for its character, charm, and unique bunk beds. The lobby has comfortable seating and board games available, which we used. We are open to staying there again, knowing what to expect.

The staff here was amazing! We had an issue checking in and it was late at night so we were worried that we wouldn’t be able to reach anyone, but the staff responded promptly and took care of the issue right away. Rooms were clean & well maintained. Air conditioning wasn’t working great in one of our rooms, so they quickly offered us other rooms to accommodate our family of 6. We were very impressed with the way the staff went above & beyond to take care of us. They were very helpful. We also loved the location of this hotel, so close to many great restaurants, shops & beaches!

Staff is amazing, management and everyone single person who supported us. They check on you and always quick to respond. Looking forward to staying here soon again! I highly recommend this and their other prosperities.

Close proximity to beach and food

We had the greatest experience! Nice place and excelent customer service. Lizzette made sure that everything we needed was taken care of, with attention to detail. We will definitely book again soon! Awesome place with awesome people. Would definiteviely recommend!

The property was clean with nice and fresh scent on the hall and reception area. The room had everything including iron and smart TV with Netflix. The air conditioner worked perfectly. There was free coffee available in the morning was served on time and tasted great! I highly recommend this hotel! Perfect!

I can honestly say the owner the staff was wonderful. I got scheme at a hotel off south beach and came here. The check in is so easy and effortless. I booked late at night around 11pm and was able to self check myself in. The rooms are beautiful, parking is great, the staff I can’t say how wonderful they been during my stay I got food poisoning and had to rush to the hospital by ambulance. The owner called me and checked on me give me extra time to get my items as I got discharged. Just wonderful the staff worked with me. Highly recommended this place and it’s very affordable if you’re traveling on weekdays back and forth from work . Bed was comfortable very peaceful you can bring a whole family your in good hands and your also 5 mins away from the beach

Quiet and clean

Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Self Checkin was easy and straight forward, room was clean and well furnished, Cold AC, Hot shower, plenty of natural light, and the staff was bery responsive and attentive via text. Would definitely stay here again!!

The room was nice and there were 4 bunk beds (Full size). Enough space for 4 people in a room. The bathroom was good and clean. And the amenities were good for the price we paid for. The hotel provided is us with beach supplies. They are very accommodating. WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK AGAIN!!!

The entire self check-in process was seamless thanks to the great communication by hotel staff. The property and room were very clean and well-maintained. The beach was just a 2 minute walk and the parking was maybe 5 minute walk. AWESOME! The only two things I would say are a mini fridge and a TV, even a small 32in mounted on the wall in the room would have been excellent. With the heat and humidity in Miami, it was disappointing not to be able to keep bottles of water cold to drink while in the room. Please consider this. Overall however, my sons and I were very happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff for a job well done.

Check-in was fast and simple, very helpful staff. No issues with parking and the location is perfect for South Beach! You can walk to many restaurants, bars and of course the beach!
