Great spot! Walk across the street to the beach. Resort fee included bike rental and beach chair and umbrella which was really nice. Elevator worked sometimes. Small bathroom but great price and quality hotel for area.

The staff was amazing!

Quiet location to sleep, no bar noise. Super nice room with mini bar and coffee maker, clothes steamer and super nice modern decor and clean! This will be my fave secret location to stay in MIA!!

Overall the hotel is good. The location is pretty great. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. The only two things I didn’t like were: 1) a loud AC 2) cramped bathroom. There was not much room to lay out all our toiletries. But it was a relatively minor issue.

I like boutique hotels, especially on south beach! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Just some fine tuning to with the room. My bathroomv light wouldn't turn off, the toilet wouldn't flush consistently, and AC was cold but loud! Minor facilities inconveniences, but still enjoyed my stay.

Location to the beach and restaurants near the hotel Pool was too hot to enjoy

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Nice restaurant. Bathroom was tiny. The water pressure wasn't great and it was cramped.

Good location and nice rooms We asked for extra towels and were given bath mat towels.

Everything is clean and the location is good, close to the beach and not too noisy at night. The equipment in the room was old, not affected usage but you can tell the building has some age to it.

We loved our room as well. The hotel has a great aesthetic and the space was quite cozy. It’s clear that the building is a bit on the older side, but everything was in good repair and we had no issues. The only thing that would have made the room better was some more space for hanging up wet towels/swimsuits. The AC worked great, so our room was a comfortable temperature the whole time, although I’ll note that our AC unit was a little on the loud side. I would be remiss if I didn’t give a shoutout to the hotel restaurant and the staff there as well - we are there 2/3 nights and enjoyed delicious food, amazing service, and the incredible atmosphere. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the Balfour and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced but comprehensive hotel experience. Thank you to the kind and diligent staff there who made our experience so great!
