Great Location and Friendly Staff

toilet did not had lock. Did not had a waste bin, TV was there but no remote, No drinking water, Not stroller friendly, Not wheelchair friendly

We checked in and checked out. The in room safe did not work. The tv was not connected to the internet, so it did not work. The bathroom door would not close. The “remodel” was poorly done.

The hotel and the stuff was great. It was just the parking that they don’t provide. You have to wait until late so you can find a spot right at the hotel. Otherwise you will have to pay a different parking lot.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. However, rooms need some fixing. Also missing some basic things like hooks, cups, toilet paper holder. Didn’t have hot water so had to take cold showers. Good thing is it is less than 3 blocks from the beach.

Great stay at the Harrison Hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful, check-in was smooth, and the location was perfect for getting around Miami Beach.

Two minutes from the beach parking in front. Helpful staff you could also park at Publix 10 minutes away $20 overnight. Awesome.

Great location, that's the good part. Newly renovated however still in process. Only one towel in room, maid couldn't find extra towels. Window looked into alley storing construction debris. No ice available. Bathroom missing some basics - hooks for towels, toilet paper holder (dropped on wet floor cuz shower sprays all over). Super cheap and convenient for one night but wouldn't return.

However, the hotel seems to still be under renovation. We had to switch rooms due to a broken AC, and the new room had multiple issues: dust, inconsistent AC, broken safe and mini fridge, no closet, and even nails on the floor. The bathroom looked unfinished as well. On our last day, we were also without power for about four hours. Overall, while the staff was great, the property does not feel ready for guests and needs significant cleaning and completion of renovations.

I do see a lot of potential I think when it’s fully renovated, it will be a great place to stay. I honestly don’t think this place should be renting any rooms in this condition. I don’t see how they cost inspection.

The service really stood out. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They were also very flexible and accommodating, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of South Beach with excellent service and a prime location

Upon arriving in the area, it is to be expected that there is no parking—though this is not stated anywhere. The bathroom features a glass partition but lacks a shower door, so water spills out everywhere while bathing. The A/C broke down on the second day, and we had to sleep without it. They don't even provide a single plastic cup, nor do they offer any housekeeping services during the stay. I will never return.

Rania was especially helpful during my stay. She was very friendly and even let me borrow her phone charger, which I really appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would definitely come back.
