Staff was very cooperative. Valet parking is available in $40 (cash). Breakfast is limited but sufficient. Right in front of the beach (5 min walking) and dining options are also in the range of 15-30 min walking. They also provide chairs, towels and umbrellas for the beach.

Adorable little boutique hotel. It definitely hasn’t had a major Reno, has cheap fixes to an old building. But the original art deco design is still charming. The staff was warm and very helpful. We enjoyed the bikes. The continental breakfast was more than most offer and in a sunny bright spot with bistro tables. It was very loud in our room on the north side main floor bc the posh restaurant on that side is open air and right up against room windows. People laughing and clanking glasses until midnight at least.

The hotel was very well located. Unfortunately the bedrooms are old and had a weird smell.

Great art deco hotel (1939, I think) with helpful and friendly staff. Great location at the end of South Beach - away from the noisier part of Ocean Drive and the beach. Overall, it was a more quiet area, which I like. It was also close the free trolley stop and lots of restaurants, CVS, Walgreen's etc. The bed was a little soft for me and the walls were a little thin - but it's still a great hotel and I recommend staying there. I would like to see the exterior a little more lit up with neon.

Very cleaned, they borrowed every time the towel and beach chair

The location was great for me to get to the seaport in the morning. It was an older hotel that was very basic.

The name speaks for itself. OLD! Do not trust the website photos. There is absolutely no handicap access even for the first floor….stairs only even to leave the lobby to the first floor. Outlets wouldn’t hold plugs, ceiling caving in, many repair needs. Very musty. In poor condition
