La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Memphis Airport Graceland

There was a terrible smell in the room and black mold on the ceiling. There was a zyn pouch stuck to the ceiling. It smelled like marijuana all over the building. I’m certain there were drug deals happening in the lobby. The pool was beyond murky. The breakfast was terrible. We asked for an airport shuttle for the next morning at 9:30am and the night lady wrote it down and the next morning they had no record of our request and no shuttle driver till 3pm.

Property was old and had old fashioned amenities. Pillows were uncomfortable. Air conditioner made a lot of noise including a shrill sound occasionally. Took a long time to cool off room. Not enough hangers in closet. Not very good sound proofing. Not enough air conditioning throughout hotel such as hallways and elevator. Too much water in elevator from pool. Not safe.

TV was not much functional, breakfast was also not as per exception. Though we asked for non smoke room but I could still smell the smoke in the room.

I got there about 3:00 PM in the afternoon. I was number one in line to check in. It took them 20 minutes to check band. And by the time I was done there were at least 10 people standing in line and those people stood in line, probably for 40 or 45 minutes. The staff did not seem to care.

The hotel was great the surrounding area not to great. Everything closes and locks up early. Apparently bad area

The sink was clogged and the water from the faucet was yellow/brown. It smelt very unpleasant when we arrived in the room. Happy we were only there 1 nite

I have booked twice and am getting ready to book a 3rd time. The staff is great. Rooms are clean. I recommend for sure.

Heather and Kamkia were very nice. I would not recommend the hotel, it was supposed to be a smoke free environment, yet it smelled like smoke, the bedding and mattress was ripped up, the room was overall dirty. The whole building needs to be refurbished. Would not recommend.

My sales lady, who stayed there an extra night due to a missed flight, was uncomfortable with the neighborhood, the sirens, and there was talk about crime quite a bit in the area. any lowered stars from 4 was for that reason alone.

Clean room, excellent breakfast choice's my husband favorite was the apple juice.

The moment I walked into the lobby I knew this was not going to be a good thing. The lobby was shabby, with stains/spots on the floor from liquid spills that had dried up. The elevator smelled like marijuana. The room was worse than the lobby; very old. The TV did not have cable or Direct TV connected. It merely had a Firestick with no account linked to it. I tried to call the lobby to inquire, but the phone did not work. I had a very early flight, but did not receive the wake up call I requested. As I stepped outside to go to the airport, I almost stepped in a wad of expectorated saliva. Any positives? Yes, it is close to the airport and Mica at the front desk was very pleasant.

My key stopped working BEFORE check out time too.

Good selection for breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained enough to take a bath. Staff were professional and friendly. Would stay again.

The bathroom was disgusting and not clean.

The workout room is very minimal, there's room for more equipment but it seems to be there just to check the box.

We only had a one night stay but the Rooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly.
