Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis-Beale Street

We had a suite with two king beds and a pullout couch and kitchenette. It was so nice and roomy. The staff was fantastic. The location was perfect… And free breakfast!

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff was top notch. Easy parking and easy access to Beale Street. Highly recommend.

The staff at this hotel is filled with superstars. Everyone was extremely helpful, kind, and filled with guidance. Two women went above and beyond to take care of me during my stay. Maegan was the best front desk clerk I've experienced. She made sure I had a room as soon as possible because of a storm warning. She checked on me throughout my stay. Another person who went above and beyond was Lanae (pardon the spelling if incorrect). She checked on anything I needed to keep my room in great shape. Both deserve praise for going above and beyond in their jobs, and everyone there was fantastic!

Amazing Hotel, always enjoy the Peabody stay

Everything was perfect as usual. One thing I did notice though, I didn’t see any fruit at the breakfast in the morning, but regardless of that the breakfast was delicious. The lady in church of the breakfast was taking care of everyone in the whole dining area and there were a lot of people and she didn’t an excellent job.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the location was perfect for us. The building suffers obvious neglect, in the elevators, as they look dilapidated. As far as our room went, the bed was very comfortable, and very clean, as were the towels, and such. However, there were dirty mop marks along the base of the bathtub, there was a layer of dust and grime, as well as fingerprints in the nook of the toilet paper. The floor was not very clean in the bathroom, either. There were dirty fingerprints on the ceilings from some sort of work on vents or tiles. This was in all of the rooms. The doors did not shut completely, or safely without effort. The only saving grace from complaint, was honestly the staff.

I stayed in a suite that had a stove in it. However, there were no pots and pans to cook with.

Parking was convenient and easy, breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great. Orphuem theater, beale street and the two stadiums are all within walking distance. The hotel gives you ear plugs ifvyou happen to be in rooms on the exterior close to beale street they work great. I never lost any sleep, and enjoyed the great music from next door while I was awake, when in the room orcthe hotel plaza.

The suite I stayed in was clean, comfortable and felt like home. I didn’t want to leave.

We only stayed one night and it was very close to nearby attractions, which was great. Overall, very good!

Con: virtually no ac anywhere, first room overpowering mold/mildew/cat urine smell. Second room still smelled of mildew/mild. Ac would not go below 70/ room very muggy on arrival. Stayed humid while sleeping. Ac 68. All hallways and check in incredibly humid and hot. Would not recommend
