It was so hot and the water was yellow ish. The rooms smell like old. And everything else was just terrible.

Upon arrival you can tell the building needs some TLC. I’m still waiting for my deposit I made upon arrival. I know we left the room just like it was. Definitely will not be returning

I absolutely do not recommend staying here. The building should be condemned. The wall in our room was molding, stuff broken, an elevator broken, its in a terrible neighborhood, the grounds are in severe disrepair.

I strongly advise you go somewhere else and do not book here. Service is horrible. The rooms have mold and it smells like piss. The rooms are not clean. Only thing they do is make the bed and go and they only give out towels every two days.

The fact that they charge extra fees they only let you pay with cash. No mentions of this when booking a room.

Disgusting and gross. WIFI would not connect. Only one elevator was working, and it was SLOW! Breakfast was late and seriously lacking. Front desk was rarely staffed. The bathroom was the only clean area in the building. Never staying here again.

I didn’t even stay here . I’m giving a bad review because they cancelled my room without even giving me a notice . Then

NOTHING. This place was just TERRIBLE, we would have left and demanded a refund but we were EXHAUSTED and literally barely made it to the room. The only thing I can say we liked is that we were safe, in our own paid for space, and no one bothered us. This motel was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! DIRTY, room smelled like years of cigarette smoking, water was brown in the shower, the smoke alarm had been removed, later found it in the closet, WOW. There was a wall plug outlet that was hanging off the wall with all the wires hanging out too, WOW, fire hazard!!!!! The beds hurt our backs and the pillows felt like lumpy clothes stuffed into pillowcases, WOW. Oh, and the headboards had oily handprints on them from obvious sexual activity that had gone on, I found the massage oil bottle that housekeeping ALSO MISSED, EEWWWWWW ??? The bathtub faucet was falling off and the water was either scalding hot or barely warm!!! Nicotine stains on the walls and ceiling ??? The pool and hot tub were under renovation, NO MENTION OF THAT ON THE RESERVATION SITE!!!!!!! We chose this place for the pool, hot tub, and breakfast. Breakfast was a joke, barely anything there, empty hot water bins that held nothing!!! One of the elevators was out of order and the one that did work smelled like pukey cigarettes ????? The parking was wonky and there was a lot of police activity going on right across the street and speeding police zipping around the backside of the motel, sirens and craziness, WOW. Oh and there was no cable tv, it was some sort of antenna that made all but 2 channels fuzzy and hard to see and hear. WOW!!!! I cannot believe how BAD this place was!!!! Going to pursue getting either a refund or a room comped to us somewhere along the rest of our trip to California.

Nothing No breakfast choice & no TV in bedroom and stains on bedsheets. Then the elevator had a terrible smell.

Not as advertised! Booked a room with fully handicapped bathroom - grab bars for both toilet and shower, hand held shower head. Refused 1st because no grab bars for toilet. 2nd was passable until I went to take shower - no bath towels. 2 phone calls and 25 mins later finally received then no hot water in bathroom! 3rd room finally ok. But all rooms not really clean. Trash under furniture, stuff left in fridge, small trash can that dirty when bag removed. I was appalled that Wyndham had their name on this place. Rip off.
