    We were traveling from Tennessee and booked a room fir the night ,but i made a mistake and booked the wrong days and my reservation wasnt showing i gave the clerk the confirmation number and he smuggly said thats the wrong day we dont have a reservation for you tonight.Instead of trying to help me he just sat at his computer and ignored me until i booked another room he never offered to ask me if i needed to cancel to other reservation he just sat there and pretty much ignored me

    I had no bathroom towels for being able to take a shower, I asked for some, and they didn't have any extra available towels in the entire hotel somehow. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation that is said with ease. My next door neighbor in the hotel room had a party, and I went to the front desk and ask for help, and he said that I was the 2nd person to complain about the noise / party and nothing was done to fix the problem and they didn't stop being loud until 2:15 AM. I couldn't fall asleep until after 2:30 AM.

    To begin with when I first got there I checked in the young kid at the front desk was very nice. Once I went into the first room and want to set things down, I noticed the bed to the four back wall where the air-conditioning unit was full of blood on the corner panel of the bed. I went downstairs told the young man he transferred me to another room. I unloaded everything went to have food and came back to go swimming. At that time the pool had a notice on the door by the health department that it was unsafe because of the chemicals. Well, that was the purpose of going to the hotel to stay. It was because I wanted to swim get in the hot tub that didn’t work out. I sat down on the bed to eat some food mind you I haven’t been in the room at all that much bedbug. It was so many incidents that I just left. I didn’t enjoy my stay. I will never go back there and it was horrible later I found out. The phone system there didn’t work. It was down. I tried to get a printout when I checked out that didn’t work. The young man said he sent me an email which I never received horrible horrible

    Everything about the hotel was great! However, I won’t book through Hotels.com anymore because this is at least the third time they’ve overbooked and I didn’t get the room I paid for. Other times in the past I showed up to a hotel and they had no room for me at all! This time at least hotel staff found me a room that worked, but it was lesser than what I paid for.

    Got to hotel and they told me they were out of rooms. Found me a room, went in it and there were people in the beds. Second room covered in black mold. Third room I had to clean my own tub. Would not recommend staying here at all

    The rooms were fairly clean. Small issues like two shampoos on the wall with no soap, but they gave us little soaps. There were no towels in either of the rooms we had, which was strange. Had to ask front desk for towels. Also pool towels kept at front desk so that’s a little more work. The pool door had a sign that said they weren’t compliant with the health dept when they came in May 2026 and the chlorine in the hot tub was deficient. This kinda grossed us out and made it feel dirty. Pool was cloudy but my kids did swim in it a lot and hot tub wasn’t hot enough. Disappointed in these issues since the hotel was almost $200 a night.

    I definitely feel like they need to put a little more effort into making sure that they are delivering a clean well-kept property. There is room for improvement. Not sure who the management is, but maybe they need new management. Overall, I probably will not return, but they have the potential to be great.

    Definitely nothing fancy, but our room was clean. The pool was well maintained. I did the job for me and my kids only a few minutes away from Kings Island. I would stay there again.

    Mattress were stained but covered, key cards had to be reset several times, bathroom vent had no cover and tub was chiping. Pool was very small for how many people were there. Breakfast was very good. And the staff was friendly and helpful, but seemed to be inderstaffed.

    We booked and prepaid for a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa for our family of 5. When we arrived, all they "had left" were rooms with 1 bed. The check in clerk seemed apathetic at best and seemed like he walked out on his shift eventually. We ended up canceling and getting a refund thru Expedia. The same exact thing happened to another family. To make matters worse for them, they were checked into a room that was already occupied! I am shocked that this hotel has a 7/10 rating on Expedia. After our experience, I checked Google reviews and they are terrible. It will certainly be the last time I trust the Expedia rating alone. Do your research before booking! I always felt like La Quinta was a good budget friendly hotel but we will likely avoid them in the future based on this.

    The room was not clean or comfortable. The bed had stains, an unpleasant odor, and appeared unsanitary. We also noticed what appeared to be ticks on the bed. The TV remote did not work, and the smoke detector was detached from the wall, creating a serious safety concern. During our stay, housekeeping failed to clean our room or provide fresh towels and other essential supplies. We reported these issues beginning on the first day of our stay and continued to follow up, but no action was taken. Despite multiple complaints, management never addressed our concerns or provided a resolution. Another major concern is the condition of the swimming pool. There is a citation notice indicating that proper pool disinfection procedures were not being followed as of May 4. As of June 19, guests were still being allowed to use the pool. If the pool is not meeting health and safety requirements, it should be temporarily closed and clearly marked as such. This situation raises serious concerns about the potential risk of illness to guests. Overall, this property failed to provide a clean, safe, and properly maintained environment. The lack of responsiveness from management and the numerous health and safety issues made this a very negative experience. I would not recommend staying at this location.

    pool was nice we came down for breakfast and did not get to eat because the staff was all sitting around eating the rest of the food. We then got charged $87 on our card after check out for no reason at all and now no one can find our reservation and the front desk will not take my calls. horrible experience
