Breakfast was great. Room was clean but I wish there was a bar instead of the free drinks at specific times. We missed out because of previous appointments

My sister and I stayed one night. We got a suite so she had the bedroom and I used the sleeper bed, which was comfortable. The dinner food was a surprise to us. It was certainly enough for dinner. Breakfast buffet was also good. I would stay here again. It may be more expensive but when you factor in dinner and breakfast it is affordable.

This place was amazing! They had dinner in the evening and gave us three drink vouchers! Hot tub was excellent!

Love love love the breakfast buffet and evening kickback small plates, had no idea they did that and it was a nice surprise. Enough for a small dinner! Also adults received 3 free drinks a night and they have a standard sized soda dispenser! I do feel they should extend hot tub hours, open it around 7am and close at 11:30-midnight as many who stay here are doing sports events or hitting up Kings Island. Was disappointed we couldn’t use the hot tub after a long park day since it was open same as park hours. We did use in morning and it’s a great hot tub. Hot and nice jets, which isn’t always given in a hotel. Highly recommend and am now looking at other Drury hotels for other trips because if it’s perks!

Absolutely everything was up to standard or above. The amenities are great. The pool was clean. Everything was clean outside was well kept the breakfast was great. The happy hour was great. We would stay again.

Check in was a breeze, staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless. The evening kickback and breakfast were so convenient and really good. This was our first time staying at this location and definitely plan on making this our regular stop when traveling from Alabama to Michigan.

This was my third stay at the Drury in Mason. Customer service is top-notch. The kick-back, offering a buffet of various food, is excellent. With today's economy, you can't beat it. The free breakfast is also fantastic. I traveled with one person and we really apprecated it. I can't imagine the savings for families. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Every time I've particiapted in the kick back, one of the staff members has asked if I found everything satisfactory. The trip last week ... staff member Stephanie asked about my experience. I was a guest at the Drury because I was in town to see the Doobie Brothers and Santana at the nearby Riverbend. The gentleman who helped check me in and out offered assistance as far as how long it would take to get to the venue. I can't write enough good things about the Drury. It was comfortable and accommodating. I will seek out a Drury for all my travels.

Conditioner dispenser was broke.staff did not have access to conditioner..had to go find a store at 11pm...hair dryer started smoking when we turned it on, a replacement was never given nor were we given any update on if they could get us one..day staff was great..night staff was terrible

The breakfast is good, except they could change it up a little each day. I love that they have a fountain machine and I can get my soft drink. The relax and eat at night is wonderful. The hotel is clean and well maintained from what I could tell. The room was very nice. It was right off the higway, so easy to get around.

Our stay last night was very pleasant. We enjoyed all the food options for breakfast this morning and the roominess of the dining room area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying at this hotel again.
