This wound up being a great location for the plans we had. Convenient to the bus for the incline, downtown, and close to Garden of the Gods park. We were very pleased with this choice.

Th hotel was updated, clean, had free parking and an absolutely fabulous breakfast. I was vacationing in CO and this was my favorite of the 4 motels we have stayed in the past 2 weeks!

Staff were so rude and not helpful. My friends and I drove 2 hours for a wine festival, and my friends’ room was canceled and sold without any warning. They were left with no room and nowhere to stay at 9pm. Christian was extremely rude, and the manager Latasha was even worse. Currently trying to dispute the charge for my own room because they refused to call another manager to help with a refund.

Stayed here while attending a conference at Glen Eyrie. The place was well-lit at night and the room was clean and beautiful! Really appreciated the hot and convenient breakfast too. Would definitely stay here again!

We always stay here when in Manitou. Close to shopping, easy to shuttle if needed or also walkable. Hotel is always very clean!

I was charged additional $6 . Luckily when i checked the credit card statement, i found out this. The hotel staff used my credit card details for the purchase done by someone else. I have to call the hotel to resolve the issue. The transaction was later adjusted but somehow i feel like the staff was really careless while doing the transaction.
