They are supposed to comp our breakfast but my receipt showed it was charged instead of credited. I love staying with Sheraton hotels. However this is very disappointing. Thank you. Jayne Medina

After checking out and going to my car, I got stuck in the parking lot, so I called and asked the front desk. First call, she hangs up the phone on me. Second call, she gave me a bad attitude over the phone and in a condescending voice told me that I should have known to push the red help button. First of all, there is no physical red button. The button she is referring to is a small icon that says “help” in red at the lower corner of a small screen. And then she hung up without even a bye. Not the experience I would expect of a hotel.

The only good thing was the lobby door opened every time you walked toward it and they have TVs with the games on, so there’s that I guess. Pitiful.

Friendly staff, clean establishment.

My check in was also amazing and quick!

Only complaint is the poor a/c in the lobby bar are area other than that good for our overnight stay

Great stay. 30 to 40 minutes from everything, shopping, beaches and parks. Amazing!

We were only here for one night, but it was absolutely wonderful! Very happy with the whole experience and will definitely return! I did read some reviews before booking and was concerned, but my concern was completely unnecessary. The whole experience was wonderful.

When it came to checkout another attendant was more concerned about what he was doing versus attending to me and left out important details of checking out, which lead to pay the parking permit 2x then he didn’t answer the front desk call when I tried to reach out. He was the reason I gave it 4 stars. Other then that it would’ve been 5

Great but a/c very noisy. Staff very helpful. Unfortunately not many of restaurants on site were open.

Overall good experience hotel is on the older side but pretty well maintained. The main atrium area is gorgeous especially at night. I would just avoid eating here as a number of the places were closed. Staff was helpful I had an issue with my room being 81* when I walked in I called front desk and maintained was super responsive and helpful and was able to switch me to another room. Love the small touches like the vending machine with tons of supplies and the free sun screen pump before going into the pool area. Only negative is parking shouldn’t be so expensive when the parking lot looks like that and it was empty

Sheraton is a brand and I expect a brand to deliver on its mission statement. When we pay for a brand we expect service proportionate to the brand promise. I experienced mediocrity throughout my stay at this hotel and decided to leave earlier than planned. The hotel is poorly staffed and maintained. House keeping goes about its business nonchalantly to the point that requesting for fresh towels felt like a tooth pulling exercise. Room Service is non existent. You call the number for Guest Services and you are routed around multiple times before you are directed to voice mail. I am still waiting for a call back (several days later). I felt sorry for the poor chap at the Reception who was juggling phone calls (about houses keeping, guest services, maintenance issues et cetera) and trying to check in guests at the same time. I am not coming back to this place.

Hottest hotel room ever. Hotel restaurant food quality and taste left a lot of room for improvement. Many other hotel options in Orlando.

The staff was friendly and check in process was very quick and easy. The atrium is just as beautiful as it appears in the pictures. The buffet breakfast has lots of options or you can choose from a full menu. Deborah the bartender was amazing! Very knowledgeable, and makes a well balanced drink with a good pour. We stayed in a double queen room, which was spacious enough for a family of four. There was an issue with the air conditioner, the temperature in the room wouldn't go below 73 degrees. We switched rooms and still had the same issue. The pool is not heated, and the jets were not working on the hot tub. Overall this was a good value for the price. You are away from the traffic of the theme parks. Orlando and Winter Park is about a 20-30 minute drive.

Property is in a great location with stores and restaurants all around. I love the layout of the room. You can hear everything in the next room! Clean, for the most part. They should change the carpet. Customer service was nice.
