The breakfast buffet was excellent!

Head's up! Keep track of your food/bar tab because they tried to double our bill more than once and we had to go through 3 different people to get it corrected. No shower gel in the shower which usually would not be a big deal yet they never sent it to the room after we called and waited over an hour so we had to go down to the front desk. We had a dance competition and my dancers needed a shower before having to get up super early to get ready for day two of comp, so that was annoying. The garbage can by the ice machine was overflowing and guests had to place their food delivery trash on the floor and it wasn't picked up for two days, possibly longer, we only stayed two nights. I will say, the coffee place on site had an amazing employee even during very busy times of the day and she was always pleasant.

Great location for my purposes. The rooms are spacious and always clean. The staff is welcoming and helpful. I’ve stayed on this property at least 1/2 a dozen times and I have no complaints.

Townhouse style room was warm despite the A/C best efforts on the upper floor, which constantly dripped water on the carpet giving the whole unit a musty moldy smell. Did like the two separate bathrooms arrangement for the family but whole unit needed some TLC

The staff was friendly and respectful. The grounds were well maintained and the location was convenient. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel was fantastic. Clean accommodating and very comfortable. I could not find a better hotel at a better price anywhere in that area.

Everything was amazing. From all the staff to getting everything set up for our convention we had. Everyone was great and very friendly

Very clean, staff very helpful,close to many restaurants and bars(Twin Peaks). They have a bar that's open till 11pm. Places to grab a bite to eat, light items Long hallways, we were way at end so bring walker, cane if needed for help,or ask when reservation to have a close room near front of Hotel. Was very happy with this Hotel. Rate 5 star.

Ac in unit working. Ac in hall not working. Not an issue on this short stay. Staff kind.

The only problem I had with this place was the check in.People don't want to have to wait in double long lines in order to check in after traveling.They need to rearrange some things concerning it.
