Very happy with the airport shuttle to and from the airport and the effort Wanda did to accommodate us with an early check in. Breakfast was VERY good and the room nice and clean and beds very comfortable!

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Carpets could have been cleaner.

We arrived around 10:30 pm. There was no attendant at the front desk, only a note to call the attendant. I called and no one picked up, but the phone up front rang loudly. It took about 4 minutes for the attendant to come down and check us in. As we walked to our room on the 2nd floor we caught the smell of marijuana. Room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was great. The attendant at the breakfast was cheerful and helpful.

During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Huntsville Airport by IHG, I encountered several significant cleanliness issues that severely impacted my experience. Upon arrival, the bathroom was visibly uncleaned, as evidenced by the absence of replacement body soap. The second day, the room was not cleaned, and there was no toilet paper. Additionally, the elevators were noticeably dirty, with visible stains on the floor. The food was terrible. When I raised these concerns with the front desk staff, their response was completely indifferent. Instead of offering to clean the room or provide a room change, they were dismissive and refused to assist me, even though I am an IHG member for more than 20 years. My reservation was for 3 nights and the second day before noon , I expressed to the front desk I was going to leave the hotel if the room was not cleaned. They informed me that they would it clean it in the afternoon but it was not. Therefore, I decided to leave the hotel round 5pm and requested a refund for the last night that ii would not be staying for. However, the manager of the hotel and Expedia denied my request. This lack of basic customer service is unacceptable for a hotel. I strongly advise future travelers to never book with this establishment.

The only downsides to this place were we found it very noisy. Walls were thin, the toilet made a screeching noise for a minute after you flushed it. Also, the sink wasn’t draining well.
