Very very nice hotel I’ll be back

Awesome service

Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful and love the idea of a little store by the desk 24/7. And it was a great atmosphere and they also had a restaurant so you could eat there without having to go out and also a bar was nice as well. We will be back. Everyone was very nice.

Sewer smell throughout room.

My wife and I required a room with a roll-in shower. The room was very large to accommodate my wife's needs in her wheelchair. My only concern was the inoperable power window blind. Daily requests to fix the problem were in vain. But the staff was friendly and the housekeeping crew was constantly cleaning.

Biggest thank you to the front desk manager during the day. He allowed me to check in early without hesitation.

Lobby area- bar- restaurant-outdoor area- and exercise room- all beautifully done and roomy! Rooms nicely decorated and clean- staff very kind and helpful- great area!

It was amazing

The bathroom door handle was hanging off the door and the shades did not work. The wall keypad for the shades did not work and there was no way to open the shade manually. They were closed the entire time which made it challenging for 4 women to get ready for weekend events. The hotel had to have known about the door handle and shades because they were broken when we arrived. The breakfast was extremely slow. We placed our order and 25 min later still didnt have it. I saw our order sitting under the lamp and retrieved it since we didnt want our food to be cold and needed to get to Church. I would never normally do this but the poor server was overwhelmed with the number of tables he had to maintain.

Great stay

Had to work on this trip the WiFi was great and when I checked out I was still working they allowed me to keep using the WiFi and finish my work day they were very accommodating. Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and the surrounding area is beautiful. Gym was great to utilize also!

It’s my fourth stay it’s always a pleasure to stay here
