A great location, near shopping areas, Toyota Stadium, to catch a great baseball game, quiet area. Our room was ready, very clean and the staff were very professional.

The lobby was nice although, the location was good as you are in downtown but for the price you pay and the fact it is a hilton, the rooms are in dire need of a refurb. The carpets were lumpy and just looked worn. The room smelt stale which was so strong when using the air con. The bath and sink had stains. The shower curtain was falling apart.

The room was clean and beautiful. It was a bit noisy at times from other guests next to me which made it hard to sleep. There was no vending machine on my floor. Overall it was a really good hotel. Nice location.

Nice clean hotel, restaurants nearby and plenty of parking. Complimentary coffee would have been nice in the mornings instead of waiting for the bar to open to purchase Starbucks. Didn’t see housekeeping despite staying 3 nights so no clean cups or waste emptied.

Absolutely love the cleanest of the room and especially Miss Tiffany. She ran the front desk. She was very helpful. Very kind very understanding always had a smile on her face. The air conditioning was really good. Had to cut it off cause I got cold. The shops were nearby food places about five minutes away. The best place to go was the waffle house I recommend that hotel.
