Bathroom floor had tons of hair on it as did the shower .mattress was very hard .heat couldn’t be regulated .paint drips coming from room alll over the carpet in hallway .coffee was out when I went to get some then it was brought back re ran over old grounds .breakfast was terrible , food was old and dry , no spray for waffle maker to keep it from sticking .color scheme being painted looks like Mardi Gras not nice hotel design .will not return

Old old hotel.. after waiting 15 minutes for the attendant to return to desk to check us in…I was told elevators were broken and that we would have to take the stairs!! Pool and hot tub looks disgusting… my son even declined getting in ..saying it looks sketchy… needs renovation badly!! Room dusty.. sheets have old stains that were set in.. one old washer and dryer..I’m hoping to at least get a good nights sleep .. and low hopes for breakfast being tasty

Huntsville airport was very close so it was convenient. But the bed was horribly hard. The pool wasnt super clean and the hot tub barely worked.

Great hospitality

Cleanliness was great! Horrific smell of marijuana when you first enter the hotel lobby but the pool and hot tub was nice! Beds and pillows were a little harder than my liking. Breakfast was okay!

Drunk people passesout in the parking lot and hallway. Noisy. Staff was not attentive.

Great property. I had to spend the night for business and forgot my toothbrush. Not even thinking they would have one at the front desk, I went down there asked, and they gave me a toothbrush with toothpaste. I was even willing to pay for one, but they handed it to me and with a smile. The next time I have to stay in Madison Alabama, I’ll be staying at this location. The on-site manager Quincy was fantastic.

Comfortable and Accessible.

The rooms smell old and packed back, we had issues with commode stopping up and water standing in the sink. Breakfast was ok, but overall nothing to brag on about the stay or the property. .

It's a nice hotel. Could definitely use a deep cleaning on the carpet and I had ac control issue but it was good. They changed my account control. No food options in the shopping area next door but some about three blocks away and different options within 4 miles. The front desk lady and evening clerk were EXCELLENT. We did have the fire alarm go off the last night so we were outside for a few minutes.

Beds are comfortable.

Traveling from family wedding heading south. We searched out this hotel for a nights rest before continuing home. Breakfast was good, hot and cold choices.

everything was excellent, my husband and i loved the hot tub in our room and also the public hot tub downstairs, we didn’t it get in the pool bc it was way too cold. but we were pleased with the cleanliness of the room. we will be staying here again.
