In 4 days no one cleaned our room. We were only given 2 small bars of soap, and little bottles of shampoo and conditioner. No extractor fan in bathroom.

My stay was very pleasant and the staff was very professional. I stayed one night.

The property’s location is convenient. It’s about 5 minutes away from a shopping plaza with popular eateries and stores. We were in town for a funeral and stayed overnight.

Loved the gentleman who checked us in. Very sweet and patient. The pool was ok for my kids to play in. Not a big space if more than 1-2 families want to swim at the same time. Our room was spacious but several things were in need of repair. There were chips in the vanity for example. The noise level was hard at all times of day/night. Not sure if it was tenants or staff but someone was being very loud (loud enough to wake me) at 2am. The breakfast was great and the food worker was very efficient at filling needed items and helping patrons. Overall I don’t think I will choose to stay there again.

Property was clean, rooms were also clean but dated. Staff was friendly and pool very clean Breakfast was stocked and food was good.

There were 2 people in front of us to check in at 3 and no one at the desk. I found someone cleaning a room to ask for help. The sheers in our room were ripped. The furniture (around the fridge looked chewed and no maintenance of the grounds.

One of our rooms had bathroom plumbing issues, so we were moved. The replacement room also had plumbing problems and a strong cigarette odor, requiring another room change. The final room had visible damage, including a large hole in the wall. The elevator was also out of service, making it difficult to carry luggage and work equipment. The biggest concern, however, was the breakfast. My crew found hair, flies, and bugs in the food on multiple occasions, which made us uncomfortable eating there. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, and I appreciate the staff for trying to accommodate us by moving rooms. However, after multiple room changes, maintenance issues, and concerns about the cleanliness and food, we decided to check out early. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests can have a much better experience.

I asked for a hair dryer as the room was missing one no one ever replied - no iron.. room needs better cleaning and definite upgrades . Couldn’t get any cable or channels and that issue was never fixed either

The location of the facility is good, however the room had a dank odor and the ceiling definitely looked like it had mildew. The window had noticeable water damage.

The hotel is passable, but it's been "rode hard and put away wet", for lack of a better description. Halls and our room smelled like old smoke, rust stains on the tub and leaking faucet, a couple odd spots on the sheets, and the breakfast can hardly be called such. For the price and judging by the pics, I expected something a little better.

The room was outdated, and I noticed stains on the walls and crayon marks on my door. My blackout curtains did not cover the full window, so my room was filled with sunlight at 6:00 am. Unfortunately, the person above me was walking around for 20 minutes at 6:00 a.m., which was very annoying. Also, heard a lot of doors closing around 6:00 a.m. too. Overall, it is a decent hotel, just outdated. I'll need to bring a white noise machine next time.

The staff was wonderful and the breakfast very good. One of our rooms did not have room darkening shades and it felt like people from the parking lot could look in and the full sunshine woke them up at the Crack of dawn. Also, we could hear the people above us walking on our ceiling.

It’s basically clean and the staff was nice. The mattress was comfy. The air was moldy in the room and smelled strong pool chlorine in the hallway. There’s a big patch of different color on the ceiling.

We arrived to a less than happy to see you attitude in our receptionist. When we got to the room there were a few issues. There was no shower curtain. This was resolved with a phone call where said receptionist handed me one and I had to install it myself. the security viewer in the door was blocked with what appeared as paper. Left it alone. The bathroom floor had no grout in the tile. and the tiles moved , some being cracked. When I mentioned this to another ineffective receptionist, all she could tell me is that there is a new owner and that renovations were scheduled for October. That the previous owner had done nothing to improve the property in the past 7 years. Just a run down property with a poor attitude.

Price was high for the condition of the room. Plaster falling from ceiling in bathroom. A/C out in the lobby and hallway. Just a lot of little things not kept up in the bathroom.

The room smelled like smelly feet. very musty

AC sucked. TV hardly worked. So relaxing in the hot hotel room with unwatchable TV wasn’t fun. Wouldn’t stay again. For that price, should be better.
