The room was spacious and quiet and was in a good location to get to the downtown and all of the sites pretty easily. The air conditioning was a little confusing to understand and we didn't figure it out until the last day.

It would be nice to have coffee or tea maker in the room. But the staff let us borrow a hot water kettle so we managed.

Lovely room and bathroom. Secure parking for car. Excellent breakfast buffet and delicious evening meal. Friendly staff. No really. This is a nice hotel.

We loved the industrial feel of the hotel, it was quirky yet not over the top. The suite we had was spacious clean and warm. The restaurant around the hotel were excellent and the location was a flat 20 minute walk into the centre

You do not get breakfast if you dont book it a day in Advanced. How should I know if I Am hungry or in the mood for breakfast… very bad system

Good room and bathroom, together with comprehensive breakfast buffet. Easy parking and easy to find. 20 minute walk into old town. Staff very helpful with a problem we had. Sadly one of us had a nasty fall, which necessitated hospital treatment. Clearly in no way the fault of the hotel, but equally it did mar our visit to Munster. St Franzicus Hospital in Munster was excellent.
