It shows that this is a family business. Everyone is dedicated to making your stay comfortable and pleasant. Check-in is uncomplicated. The rooms are simple, but very clean and nice attention to detail. A hot water cooker and selection of tea in the room was welcome. Despite being in town/on the street, the room is quiet at night. Breakfast is beautifully presented and very generous. The wait staff are attentive and remember your preferences. Due to the size of the dining room, you coordinate a time to eat breakfast, but you don’t feel rushed and everything is continually refreshed. There is a small private parking lot, on a first-come, first-served basis. There is free parking directly in front of the hotel and across the street. The area is safe. If you like walking, it is possible to walk into town. It would be very easy to get around town by bicycle. Good location, easy to find, comfortable stay, great breakfast, and a really pleasant experience. No complaints

The room for breakfast was a liitle bit small

Room was very spacious and the hotel was very clean. Staff were brilliant. The breakfast was sufficient, but limited continental breakfasts. Coffee was great. Not applicable.

There is free onsite parking, which is a plus so near to the city centre, but it's a small parking lot and first come, first serve. Ditto on the street. Great service to have nevertheless this close to the city centre (15 min walk), and there are paid alternatives that are closer to the city centre.

Good size room, comfortable and the breakfast was good quality. When checking in, good recommendation for evening dinner in the city. Nothing to note.

Outstanding breakfast and amazing staff!

Breakfast also took vegan into account, with a good selection. You even got a glass of sekt to start off your day and the manager himself also waited on tables. Can't think of anything.

Excellent breakfast. Every hotel person was very helpful and friendly, made us feel welcome. Maybe we would have found the hotel a bit far from the center if it had rained. But we had wonderful weather.

Don't think I have ever had a better hotel breakfast. The room was clean and large and the staff were kind.

Good location, rooms are clean, the owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Price. Is also good. Utilities are good. I had a room on the side of the hotel and it was quiet although the hotel is on a main street. Parking space is available. The breakfast is ok, included in the price and you you get basic which you need, cannot complain on that. Wifi is free of charge and unlike many other hotels it has good signal strength and is fast. Shower is small and narrow. Very limited parking space and small. Room doors are not very soundproof, it is a disturbance when other guests are loud in the corridor.

Located near the university Unfortunately the neighbor‘s shower woke me up. The walls are so thin, you hear everything from next door. The price seemed fairly high for what you get: a very simple room.

Gau bakarra pasa genuen bertan, baina langileak oso jatorrak izan ziren. Check-ina beranduago egiteko jarraibideak lagungarriak izan ziren. Gosariari dagokionez, ederra. Langileek kafeak eta arrautzak unean bertan prestatzen dituzte. Bero handia pasa genuen gauean. Logela azken pisuan zegoen eta eguzkiak egunean zehar gogor jo zuen. Lanparan zegoen haizagailua ere ez zebilen.
