First room we were placed in smelled of cigarette smoke. Requested a new room and was told sorry that’s all we’ve got. Then we started looking for another hotel and a new room magically appeared. The carpeting look old/ dated. Rooms look old and dated. Police came to our room at 6am and we were told to evacuate. Someone had shot someone else next door to our room. Police were wonderful. We asked front desk for a later check out due to getting woken up and removed from our room and was only provided one hour extra. We have stayed at MANY best westerns and were disappointed by all described above.

A little hard to get in and out of the property. Confined by interstate ramp access ramps.

Great place to get some rest

In my personal experience of hotel stays this was by far the best. Everything that would accommodate my stay was a great experience. Very central to all the stores quick eats and restaurants. The bonus of the of my stay was it was right next to I 25. Don’t worry you never heard the traffic.

The room we got was not the same as the rooms pictured. The hotel has an older section with doors to the outside, this is one of the rooms we got. You could see light around the entire door because it did not seal up correctly. You had to slam the door to get it to shut and almost kick it open. The A/c did not work correctly and the toilet didn’t flush very well.

The king bed was comfy! The room was nice, it had everything we needed for our stay. Very glad for the mini fridge and freezer. The pool is “heated” but maybe to 65 degrees. It wasn’t super clean although unsure if staff are in charge of cleaning the pool or guests? We did use the skimmer to get bugs and leaves out in the shallow end. Our shower drained very slowly and the water would end up all over the floor because of the shower curtain.

Was nice to have a full breakfast included.

friendly and helpful staff

It took 3 hours to fix it as there were no other rooms available. The gym was stifling w no air conditioning. The water in the pool was cold. The hotel needs some remodeling and upkeep. The carpets are old and shabby and the halls are grubby.

Was not there for breakfas

Best kept secret on the Northern front range. Very clean! Spacious room. Great courtyard. Excellent staff. Older property, but what a value!

Great breakfast, clean, quiet, great staff

Beautiful facility, nice staff, great bfast, beds not super comfortable-one of them was squeaky and hard

The outdoor courtyard was very nice They hide fees. They charged additional taxes and resort fees aside from Booking.com. Traveler needs to be wary that they will pay a lot of extra money which is more than on Booking.com. Scammy. They also upped their rates 100% for graduation weekend and the room was horrible. I still want my $18.62 back from my receipt that says I purchased something and did not. They refused as did corporate. Scammy, make sure you check your receipt.

Far too expensive for what was offered. Terrible price gouging
