This is the third time I have stayed at this facility. The most memorable was the staff that checked me in. She was so friendly and made me feel very welcomed, and like I was coming home. I'm sorry I can not recall her name - she was so helpful and kind.

Enjoyed our stay

If you charge $350.+ for a room then you should have at least a minimum clean bedding. We had to request a new top blanket as ours was stained and covered in mud. When we notified the front desk they could care less. Not to mention the room was dirty and the bathroom was decently cleaned which I was thankful for. Upon checkout again explained our dissatisfaction and was told it was tournament weekend for sports and it is what it is. I don’t have kids at home anymore but was down for a medical appointment. Very dissatisfied. I did not get what I paid for. I will never stay again at this property or any other affiliated. Do better. Just because you can get the money doesn’t mean you should if you can’t provide better service.

We had a multinight stay here for our Colorado trip. Great Basecamp for hiking. Little issue when we got in with our room having a fridge that sounded like it was taking flight but staff was kind and helpful, got us switched to a different room. New room was not the same but worked great for us. Only issue was it vaguely smelled like pets but that was better then the noise. Night staff was also amazing cause there was some intense noise from the room above and they got them to tone it down. Breakfast was amazing each morning, only thing is maybe a little variety in the future cause potatoes, sausage and eggs can get old after eating them every day. Only other things we took note of was we had noticed our first room was better outfitted in the kitchen and when we asked for bowls and mugs like the 1st room for our current room staff said they would get someone on it while we were out but the bowls and mugs never arrived our whole stay. Too bad since the first room had them. Also there was a pile of crumbs like someone took several cookies and ground them up and left them in the hallway near the elevator that never went away the whole stay so clearly no one vacuumed the hallway the whole time we were there. Otherwise very safe, clean comfortable, friendly staff and great breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Upon arriving, sign at front desk read "will be back shortly". Shortly did not happen. Waited over 20 minutes. Rang the bell, walked around trying to find someone (outside on patio, vending machine room, etc]. Even called the front desk phone hoping someone would answer. At this point, we began to worry that something had happened to the person who would be back shortly. Finally, after 3 other people had left the line behind me, a young woman showed up with the absolutely worst attitude that I had encountered in my life from a service person. Totally unacceptable the way we were treated. Will never go back.

Bed was not a king as booked, room had no view, baseboard and arm of chair chewed up. TV was on when we entered room and we were not able to turn off ( batteries)?

Easy check in. Clean rooms. Would stay again.

First off when I got there the elevator was a sauna... Then my room keys didn't work.... Then the front desk person was gone for 15 min and I had to wait to get new keys. Not what you want at 10pm when you just want to sleep. Then get in room and it looked rough. Lots of chips and dings. Stains. Went to shower and shampoo was completely empty. (Used body wash for hair. Was to tired to deal with this whole place. ) Got up in morning for breakfast. Only thing that was good was waffles. So ya. Not a good stay.

Not much. Facility needs work, not clean, smelled bad..

Other than the transfer of footsteps from the hallway into the room - nice place to stay.

The lady at the front desk is amazing!!! Someone’s dog was barking unstop next to me, in room 238/239

The staff, room and property were excellent. The breakfast did not match the quality of the property.

Room cleaning was also supposed to be done every 3 days and was not. Front office staff said "we are extremely busy and it just got overlooked."

Dog hair all over room, bedding and floor. Had to ask for hand soap and an ice bucket. Shower would run out of hot water. TV was frustrating to use and unintuitive. Curtains faced east on third floor but only a sheer curtain so we woke up early everyday. Curtain was shredded. Dog sick mess was in our carpet- had to ask housekeeping to clean it out. Pool was small and perfect for kids going from 4’1” to 4’11”. Breakfast was okay. Elevator smelled funky.
