Holiday Inn Express Louisville Northeast by IHG

Our reserved room was not available when we got there. The staff member blamed the third party booking. Very frustrating to reserve a suite for a family stay and end up in a smaller room. We still got a room and it was cheaper than what we reserved but still disappointing. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, nothing special.

There was several times that there was Noone at the front desk. The staff would be away tending to other hotel business. There should be some kind of sign at the desk letting the customer know someone stepped away, or a bell to alert them.

The deposit i made still hasn't came off my card and its been a week now

Great stay !

Convenience to my friend's house. Hotel was ok. I asked for a handicap bathroom for my 86 year old to shower, so I was expecting a walk-in shower. FYI, a handicap bathroom was a bathtub with bars inside of tub. Not very handicap friendly, especially if you cannot step into the tub without fear of falling asleep an elderly.

Hotel was near a strip mall with a liquor store.

The suite was nice and spacious. Loved the free amenities for the bath. I liked the places it was close too as well. Easy access to food and shopping. Mmm not much not to like but the beds could have been a little softer.

The layout of the two bedroom suite was great. Both rooms were spacious and offered privacy. The front desk staff could definitely have been more friendly.

Great staff, easy access and clean facilities, breakfast was ok, but the hoilday inn express in Europe do a much better job offering healthy options

Parking was excellent. The front desk staff where awesome and breakfast was delicious. The room was cozy and clean when we arrived. We was there 3 nights and housekeeping didn't not come into our room once. Even tho we requested for them to. It states on expedia and their website "daily housekeeping" we didn't receive any and our trash was running over we had several dirty towels and even had to go down to the front desk to get more towels. That's ridiculous.
