Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Louisville Northeast

The breakfast was a little disappointing- place was crowded, staff couldn't keep up with refills. Long wait to get anything. Plus a "toy" toaster for only 2 piece of bread. I had to wait 15 min to toast my bread. The hotel really needs to purchase a bigger toaster or even two. We talked highly of this hotel to our friends, but were a little disappointed about the breakfast. Wish we just went to Starbucks. Other than that our stay was good. We will be staying at this hotel again in September- hopefully it will be a better experience. Thank you!

Our first stay at this hotel was pretty good. What really impressed us was the fact that the hotel was newly renovated, had a very attractive lobby and the rooms were nice, updated and spacious. The only remark I had, which I also shared with the front desk at the check-out was the fact that the shower head was coming off of the wall in the shower and the fridge was unplugged, and we had to spend some time trying to figure out why it was not working. Other than that, our stay was very good, staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent. Thank you.

Our second time staying here on our way down to Tennessee. Nice property with good breakfast and patio area outside.

The hotel itself was great; it was very clean, and there was always an attendant at the front desk if you had any questions. The only issue I had was that room service never came to replace used towels or tidy up the room. Also, the shower has a gap that allows water to flow onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard.

This is in a great location with lots of surrounding stores, restaurants, etc. The pool is small but comfortable. The outdoor space was amazing and the staff super helpful!
