Galt House Hotel Trademark Collection by Wyndham

I booked a room and got an email that we could upgrade to an upper floor, have access to the roof top and the restaurant. We ended up on the 8th floor (not the top), everything was closed due to it being sunday. The breakfast buffet was closed for a week or 2. So we were not able to get the full experience and there was no refund. Why pay the full amount if everything is closed?

Awesome hotel right next to everything downtown. We parked and didn't have to move the car for two days. The hotel is like a small city of it's own with a variety of restaurants and bars. Quick walk to anywhere you want to go in downtown and right on bourbon row. Would 100% stay here again.

the room down. The room was also a bit dated so it needs an update. The open air bar on the sky bridge was really nice.

Clean and close to activities we had planned. Front desk not welcoming or friendly, felt more like the DMV.

Clean spacious rooms that were very quiet. The a/c could have been better because it was only 75 outside and it was not sufficiently cold. I paid for the breakfast buffet and it was very good with excellent service. Would highly recommend Swizzle restaurant. Top not. Excellent food and great service. Drinks were excellent too.Great view of the river.

I stayed here while in town for a conference at the convention center. The hotel and room was nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. It’s conveniently located downtown with plenty of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. I’d stay here again.

Clean room, staff helpful, walkable, two points of interest in Louisville

This hotel never disappoints. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient location. Enjoyed the sitting area in the bar and the burger we had there was delicious. When traveling to Louisville, we will always stay at this hotel

It had a lot of amenities and things available, but a lot of things were at cost like the bell service. Very nice conservatory with drinks and coffee shop and other restaurants.

Excellent choice of going to the Yum center!

An underground dungeon that we were charged $30 a night for.
