Very clean and beautiful artwork, friendly I was surprised in the morning with valet parking with them overnight cane surprise charge if my Tesla , which is wonderful

21c is a great location for those visiting downtown Louisville. The staff was attentive and very friendly. Love the art and fun features throughout the hotel, restaurant and bar. We will be back.

Proof on Main was FANTASTIC! Best meal I had on the trip to Louisville. I loved the robe in my room There was no outdoor seating area.

The art. The room was very nice but needed a little more personality. Considering the focus of the hotel, the rooms needed some artwork themselves. Bed and linens were comfortable. The breakfast and the staff were good. The hotel really needs to upgrade their access to technology. There were no ports for USB-C cables, None were available at the front desk and none available to buy. The room I booked was to have a balcony and when we arrived no rooms with balconies were available and I was not notified prior to arrival..........disappointing. The front desk staff were less than friendly. They did offer us a corner room.

Great museum themed hotel with character. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Also located right of bourbon row which makes it easy to get around town. The valet service and staff were courteous and helpful. They can also charge your electric vehicle, which is included with your stay, while the car is parked.
