Room was tidy, simple and chic. The pool was to die for, lovely afternoon in the sun. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in downtown LA.

Wonderful stay at The Hotel Figueroa. Will go there again. The staff as usual were very cordial and helpful.

Great staff Clean room . easy check in

Room was too small. The bathroom was a step away from the bed, (a little uncomfortable if you need to go when you’re not by myself) other than that, everything was good. Staff was very nice and helpful
-
All good, especially the desk staff, but one non-functioning outlet of the only two bedside, and having to spend three minutes just trying to figure out how to turn the lights on was inconvenient—needed to cross the room to turn on the lamps, no light switch by the door—was a pain.

I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but I did take a peek at it, and it looked clean, inviting, and well maintained. The location was another huge plus. It was close to so many places I wanted to visit, including Grand Central Market and The Last Bookstore, which made exploring DTLA incredibly easy. The staff were all so kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Los Angeles.

The rooms were lovely and spacious. The amenities were great- pool, drinks, food. All were 10 out of 10! And the staff were so helpful! Highly recommend.

It was a cute hotel only downside about it is that there was no fridge There was no fridge and the room was really small for the pricing. There was like no space between the bathroom and the bed. It was just very close together and when we got there at the carpet was very wet for some reason.

I stayed here for a show at the peacock theater. Perfect location for walking there. I was able to check-in early and leave my car there while I did stuff before my show which was super helpful! I didn't get a chance to see the pool but I heard it was nice. The room was great for just me. The shower was a little odd and the shower door didn't close shut. The mattress was a little thin and lumpy and I kept running into the corners of the bed frame so be careful. Parking was expensive and there is a resort fee on top of paying for the room. Otherwise, it was fine. Oh and the area can be scary at night too.

The location is accessible and the facility is superb! Super clean and neat! Expensive parking fee from the hotel valet

Clean and fantastic staff Parking fee

Everything Room Is quite small and service is poor at the bar

Excellent location steps from Crypto Arena and LALive! Beautiful historic building, small rooms for the single traveler with larger options available. Clean and quaint, though if you want a view, make sure to make note of it in your special requests. Quiet despite being filled with concert goers on a hot summer weekend. Very friendly staff; room was serviced without prompting and a comfortable bed with TV. Some disrepair noticed in the bathroom with strange shower knobs; water pressure wasn’t the best/rainfall shower head. Loved the different eating options, though not a lot of really cheap or quick food available here. Beautiful outdoor pool; would prefer more free seating options rather than paid cabanas as there’s only ten or so free loungers for the entire hotel which fill up quick on busy afternoons. Elevators can be slow and take a bit of time to arrive if there are lots of people coming and going. Downtown LA location means downtown LA happenings (unhoused on the sidewalk, lots of traffic, city odor, ect.). Hotel has security present 24-7, so I felt very safe my entire stay. Would stay here again!
