E-Central Downtown Los Angeles Hotel

The view was amazing, housekeeping was excellent and the hotel was great. Very respectful and helpful staff. Definitely will be returning.

If I had known parking and additional fees would be so high, I would have stayed somewhere else. Being charged an additional 300 on top of the 845 dollars for a 3-night stay is absolutely absurd. I could have stayed somewhere more modern for the same price.

The staff was great especially Lakeisha I believe! She was my room attendant! She was awesome!

It’s very convenient that close to downtown LA. But it’s only a thing that bathroom’s fan didn’t work.

I checked out 6/24/26 6:am the front desk gentleman only one at that time. Another one no skills at all Never good morning or how’s your morning I present my self room # No words just lend me my recipe nothing or thank for staying with us…..at that point I just turned o round and left the hotel Next is the engineer guy who check the gym equipment every morning I was the only one inside the gym He comes in check the treadmill never good morning or hi Very bad employee make the hotel look bad My room and house keeping did a great 👍 excellent job Location excellent

The property is in a great location but you pay to also have a great night sleep and you cannot get that in this property. My stay was of 5 nights and I had to switch 3 times of room. All the rooms they put us in had a very loud noise coming from the A/C and is not a normal loud engine noise, it was a noise thay comes from theA/Cs when they are not well cleaned and the compressor is obstructed. Terrible. I lost my money with this hotel. Very dissapointed. I came for a volleyball tournament and rest is very important and I couldnt get that in this property.

They rob you on parking

It was clean and the staff was so kind. I felt comfortable leaving my car with the valet. The room was cool enough with hot days. I will book here again for sure.

The hotel was run down. Not thrilled with this hotel.

Music from neighborhood bars was so loud it shook the room on the 9th floor until 2am both nights I stayed.
