Elan Hotel

El personal es sumamente amable. Y hay detalles muy buenos en el hotel como una máquina de café de cortesía, té y agua. La ubicación nos funcionó perfecto, hay tiendas, súper mercado y outlets cercanos.

Very nice helpful staff. Extra fees at check in are money grab. Few amenities.

Staff was great - room was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was the elevator was not working during most of our stay - Thankfully it worked on our last day so we could bring our luggage down easily. Parking was ok, some other guests just didn't know how to park in one space which shouldn't reflect on the hotel or staff. We would gladly return for another stay.

The biggest thing is their location to Cedars Sinai. All I truely needed was a bed and shower. Property is clean. The things that really upset me; parking is a big issue. When I checked in, I was given a spot. After spending 26 hours at the hospital my spot was taken. They gave it to someone else. So I took a different spot. Next night, I could not get into that one, so they gave me a spot in the alley next to the trash cans. In order to get in the parking you have to call a number so they can open the gate.. It would take me three phone calls to get the gate open. Overall rooms are clean people are nice.

The room was very clean, the staff were super nice and helpful. A great place to stay. 5 stars!

The rooms were not sound proof, you could hear people entering or leaving their rooms. You can also hear all the traffic.

Small boutique hotel but not in the best of neighborhoods. Expect to find homeless people wandering outside. Room was ok, but you can hear guest next door. Good price if you can deal with the area and noisey walls.

Very clean and cute boutique hotel. Surprisingly quiet for the location. Very walkable to many shops and restaurants, and also very easy to get an Uber.

The second room was clean, but our toilet only sometimes flushed. We called twice to get it fixed but it didn't improve. We told the staff about the issues upon checkout and they said they would refund us the property fee but they never did.

Property was clean inviting and kitschy. The rooms were new and everything was fresh. Good shower. Beds were too soft. Need new mattress. I need firm not a marshmallow. I wouldn’t be able to stay more than a night or so and have that kind of mattress.

Check-in was a snap. The room was absolutely super clean and nice. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Property is very conveniently located to all kinds of shopping and amenities.

Superb

The walls are a little thin. You hear your neighbors in the morning in their rooms. I did find some cleaning supplies left in my room the 3rd day. I put them in the hallway for the cleaning people to grab.

It was a nice and affordable hotel in West Hollywood.
