Staff was horrible

Staff were very friendly, there was quite a long line to get checked in which wasn’t expected at 8pm but the staff were wonderful and gifted us an upgrade. Comfy rooms, clean spaces and got a great cocktail at the bar.

Location, room size, bed When I went to the desk for a shaving blade, the lady was in bad mood and did not like my request. She handed one of the cheapest shaving blade one thin pack of gel that barely enough to cover one side. After paying for a stay at your high price, your service was terrible. Your store did not carry a good quality shaving blade either. No free breakfast. Your $30 additional charge was a rip off.

My ac wouldn’t work. The room wouldn’t get cold and got charged twice for parking

I thought the parking was pretty extreme $50 a night but more upsetting with the destination fee. I didn’t realize Long Beach was a destination.

My kids and husband loved the bed comfort. We had the room facing west and view was wonderful. Room was clean. The lobby is beautiful with an amazing open concept, lighting and the bar was really classy. They also had good seating really family friendly. My husband and I were able to grab a nice drink and my kids a nice morning drink at their cafe next to bar. Elevators are super fast. We definitely loved the stay and definitely happy we chose this hotel over the others. We had a party nearby and definitely wanted to have fun and uber close. Receiving receptionist was super nice! The room is definitely outdated. Nothing is modern. The entry door to the restroom was in not so great condition. We only had one bottle of water as complimentary, but we were a family of four. We also only had two towels. I know the rate I paid was not for two adults so I was definitely disappointed. We thought of making it a pool day but we did see the size of pool was like the average house pool.

Room and property were very clean. Everyone was very helpful and offered great recommendations for the area.

Nice and clean

I like that it was central to some of the attractions we visited. The staff who checked us in was friendly, but hard to understand and a bit extra. d toiletries, we did not have a microwave. The ac did not work very well with no clear difference between high/low fan. The air just felt heavy and not moving. The room also felt musty and had an obvious mold smell from poor ventilation. The water in the shower did not drain very well, and parts of the room did not feel clean (unknown stains around the frame of the bed). The location is not great if you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing. The walls are thin and you can hear other doors slamming or people showering. The hotel is around the corner from a fire department, so all night you are constantly hearing sirens or other vehicle traffic outside. For us, I wish I would’ve spent my money elsewhere considering there were much nicer hotels in the area with better reviews for a lower price.

Location, location. The lobby and restaurant were very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Good parking garage. Easy in and out. The room was somewhat dated. Tub shower with shower curtain. Poor shower heads with little pressure.

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was wonderful. I didn't like paying $49 a night for parking and I think its time for a little refresh on the rooms. They were fine and clean but they have had a lot of use and maybe a little sprucing up. But I was happy with our stay and its not a complaint just a suggestion.

The bed was most comfortable but the food service had attitude and got my order mixed up . Other than that a nice stay

The carpet was very dirty and had red stains that looked like blood; the room smelled terrible, the pillows were dirty—in short, the whole room was dirty.
