very small but clean room for any visit where you are not in the room much.

Staff on arrival was very difficult to work with

clean rooms. just unique parking in the middle of the rooms it must of been a converted holiday in or best western

The room was clean, the location is ideal! It’s within walking distance to a lot of places.

Clean rooms and very welcoming staff. Even remembered us from last time we was here over a year ago. And I loved the heated bathroom floors. Everything was good.

Truly enjoyed my stay.

I was there for a convention and the hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance from the convention center. Location wise is perfect, quiet, next door there is a small cafe if you want to have your breakfast, but at the reception the hotel offers coffee/tea/cappuccino and snack bars available all day long for free for hotel guests even though you have a coffee facility in the room. Room was comfortable, spacious enough, small additional amenities have been a bit of surprise like daily makeup remover wipes that for me have been of great help and not expected at all! Supermarket is close by walking distance and several dining options around.

Overall, I can’t really complain. My only complaint and this is so microscopic is there were a few hairs on the bathroom floor and entry way floor. besides that no complaints whatsoever and I’m not mistaken from my room to the queen Mary museum ship was about a 2.3 mile walk.

Parking is limited and a little small parking stalls.

Location was great. The pictures of the room were accurate. They didn't really show much of the exterior. We were in Long Beach for a cruise. We we pulled up I didn't realize it's across the street from the convention center and and it's set up more as a motel. We were just caught of Gaurd. You think you're staying at the convention center, but you are across the street in a modern day motel. Room was nice though. Very updated. Bathroom was tight, but shower was nice!

The location is great and the beds where comfortable. The shower head needs upgrading and water pressure needs improvement.
