Hyatt Regency Long Beach

I would give the hotel a 4-star rating because our first-night check-in experience was not smooth. Expedia advertised the room as sleeping four people, but the room only had one king bed and no sofa bed. Once a rollaway bed was brought in, there was barely any space to move around the room. I brought this issue up at check-in, but the staff member was not willing to help, even after I explained my frustration. The next day, management got involved and moved us to a better room, and the remaining four nights went very well. I appreciated management’s help in resolving the issue, but the initial check-in experience could have been handled much better.

The amenities are good but not worth the $25 resort fee. WiFi is terrible.

Everything was fantastic but $46 a night self parking for guests is way to high.

The Hyatt is where we stay when we go to Long Beach. Service is good and reliable. Location cannot be beat.

Linen was damp

The pool was perfect, Hot tub just right. And the room was comfortable and clean. We even used the gym which has chilled cold face towels available! The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be staying again.

The hotel is very elegant and well displayed with amenities. Loved the food in the mini restaurant Cafe Loved being our room cleaned daily... this is truly a 5 star Hotel I valet parked our vehicle and we were greeted and treated Extremely well It was wonderful when the cleaning team greeted us and wished us a blessed day each morning Thank you Luna for your warm hospitality and lovely treatment.... our Family really needed this ❤️

Great location. Very polite staff. Overall great experience.

Room was clean and the staff was great. Only complaint was that the bathroom door was frosted glass so you can see through it a little bit. And the “queen” beds as advertised were definitely a full size.
