I like that there was a restaurant available. I didn’t like that there were too many homeless in front of the hotel. Makes the hotel look unsafe.

The A/C in the room did not run continuously so I woke up often each night to a muggy room and had to wait for the A/C to start up again so I could fall asleep. The first night we barely got lukewarm water from the shower and the water flow was low. The next morning my fiancé had hot water for his shower but an hour later when I took my shower the water was once again lukewarm. Also, the bathroom sink had several break cracks in it. And let’s talk about the extremely rough towels. Would a little fabric softener kill them. My fiancé went down to the lobby to ask them if there was an ATM in the hotel and they were very curt to him and told him to go to the gas station on the other side of the parking lot.

I have contacted the hotel multiple times regarding the refund of my safety deposit and received only 1 response, with no further action to follow. I am still awaiting the refund on 2 safety deposits taken for 2 separate bookings.

Great for cruisers that don't want to pay a fortune for a room. Took us to and from airport and to and from the cruise terminal. Restaurant on site. Other restaurants within walking distance. Hotel needs some updates but staff was very accommodating.

Great services in the restaurant and bar the room was very clean and cozy except the bed was a little firmer than we liked but overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we are in the area.
