Quality Inn Long Beach - Signal Hill

It was really old and their was lead everywhere

Booked this hotel because it was 20 min to and from the port of Long Beach and the Long Beach airport. I can't really say too much about the convenance of the area or the room. The area up the road to your left is not really safe at night. The room is kind of run down especially the bathroom. Rust and mildew on many parts of the tub. I feel it is not worth what I paid for the hotel and i am glad it was only for one night.

Very clean and the rooms was very clean. Great customer service and the food was really good. Third time coming and will be back as long as I’m cruising from Long Beach and the best thing is when cruising they take you to the port

Parking and shuttle service was amazing!!

Stayed here for a quick weekend to visit family. It ended up being a good hotel with a lot of stores/restaurants near by. No complaints here.

Better mattresses in the rooms, bed was really hard. Other than that everything else was okay.

The fact that breakfast was included The bed was too hard and uncomfortable.

Pool jacuzzi the kids liked. Breakfast included My family was sopping wet after showering to realize we have no towels. And I tried to call but the phone was broken. If double checked it was plugged in and all the connections. I called on my cell and got placed on hold 2 for 10 minutes. I was forced to walk solo to the front desk at night with sketchy homeless people in parking lot to tell them that we had absolutely NO TOWELS. Very disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were really comfortable. I appreciate that there were a couple of places to eat in the parking lot of this property. There were loud banging noises in the middle of the night. There was a white stain on the top blanket and it didn’t appear to have been replaced with a clean one.
