Springhill Suites Marriott Little Rock West

The elevator was very slow. The breakfast was not good. Real arrived at least an hour before breakfast has ended. Lots of people were down there. They only had egg and sausage left and a couple of bagels crumbs on the tables and waffle batter machine broken.

Overall experience was amazing. From check in to check out. The room was so clean and nice. Smelled amazing. I had my kids with me they/we had a blast in the pool and at night we went out into the patio area and it was just refreshing. I will definitely stay again. There was nothing we didnt like.

The property was nice and the staff was excellent. The location was close to relatives home, but the location was a little shady.

Clean and friendly staff The air conditioning in the room took a long time to get cool.

What an excellent hotel! Rooms felt new and were very clean. Queen suite was large and included an alcove for the desk and mini kitchen. Their was a large breakfast assortment and the dining area was large. The indoor pool was nice but the surface had been repainted and was extremely slippery. Pool towels were very tiny (slightly bigger than hand towels).

I was so shocked with parking charge ??? even it's a very small city and far away from the city or anything ??? the breakfast is very basic

Curtain was broken and turned up could not use it to keep the light out of the room at night.

A c make a very very loud noise about 10 pm we had to un plug it, plus the hotel does tell you they charged for parking 25.00 go anywhere put here our 2nd very bad night here. Never again, was very close to hospital we had to be at 7:30. Only reason we stay there.

Best staff ever. Helped me with the pain of 3rd party booking. Patient and very understanding. Elevator sounds not comforting. I do have a fear of them, so I took the stairs.
