Best Western Shackleford 

Room was very clean but smelled like mildew

Property was clean in and out. Room was very nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Pool was nice!! We will stay again.

I have stayed at this location multiple times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and decent breakfast. The breakfast was well stocked and fresh. I did make a suggestion to the owner about adding fresh fruit to go when a customer might not have time to sit and eat. They were very receptive to the idea. Overall great location. Parking was good as well.

Exceptional

I booked property after seeing they had EV charging available. This was what brought me to hotel. After I arrived I found the charging was available to guests at no charge. Its is a slow charge but free. The hotel was nice. Looks brand new. Staff was incredibly nice. I visited with the GM who was proud to tell me the renovations to make the hotel that is not new look new. You can tell ownership cares. So many hotels dont spend time and money to make the place better and just run the place in to the ground. Not this Best Western. I will definitely be back and highly recommend if you are in Little Rock.

Exceptional

Extremely noisy hotel. I understand the hotel has little control over that. I went down to the front desk early the next morning, and asked for a room change. The front desk called the hotel manager. and they could change my room but would only do it for an additional $40. They did have complete control over their customer service, and they failed miserably. Will never stay at that hotel when I am back in town to see family. Stay away from this place because of the noise and their lack of taking any responsibility.

I had a room next to a night owl that had the TV on all night. Could not sleep.

AC wasn't working properly, so we had to pack and move ourselves to another room. Breakfast was poor.

We have stayed here a few different times and it never disappoints us. The staff was wonderful and I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in West Little Rock.

The only issue we saw was the paint is peeling above the pool. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for us. There was plenty of parking and I felt the neighborhood was very safe and I didn’t worry about my vehicle. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Little Rock.

Pool was ice cold! The heater was broken 😞

everything was excellent

The room was nice, bed was comfortable. . Staff at check-in and check out super nice. We were traveling for our grandson's ball tournament. Had a nice breakfast. Hotel was nice but there was a hole in the ceiling of our room. Looks like there has been a water leak. Needs to be repaired .My husband parked at the end of the parking spaces because all the front parking spaces were taken up. When we were ready to leave the next morning and putting our belongings in the back seat we noticed dents and scratches in our truck over the passenger side back door. We feel like someone tried to break in our truck but was unsuccessful. Thank God for that!
